Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto in Toronto, Ontario

Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto is designed with refined opulence in Toronto’s Financial District, which is adjacent to its Entertainment District, making it a convenient location for all types of city agendas. Trump’s trademark gold is kept to a minimum here – instead, shades of silver, lavender and ebony are embellished with black chandeliers and luxe details, including Italian Bellino linens and in-room Nespresso makers.

Start with a swim in the saltwater lap pool on the 32nd floor, surveying the city and planning your day. Explore the gardens and monuments in Nathan Phillips Square. If it’s cold outside, bundle up and take a spin around the ice skating rink. Order a martini straight up at America’s glitzy bar, then dig into the restaurant’s namesake south-of-the-border menu of treats including Washington State lamb rack with potato gnocchi.

The staff at this hotel is like none other. Gracious, courteous, kind, efficient, thoughtful. This goes deeper than training. The employees of the Adelaide understand service and execute at the highest level at all times, and we should know — we were there for three weeks! Our suite was comfortable— the king bed was perfect — I wish they sold the sheets because they were a great weight and feel and I would have purchased a set for my own home. Some of the furnishings need updating, but I expect an upcoming renovation as the hotel becomes a St. Regis will take care of that. Hope they change the sofa-beds because the one flaw was the quality of the pull-out bed in the room adjoining our bedroom, which was low — you could feel the springs underneath the thin mattress. Our son was a good sport about it, fortunately. The pool area was elegant (a bit noisy; some kind of mechanical noise) and I was in the pool every other day. It’s a swimmer’s pool, narrow and long and just warm enough. Nice views. We had such a great time enjoying the fabulous restaurants in the surrounding Financial District that we forgot to eat in the hotel restaurant, but we took a peek inside and it looks elegant. All in all, a lovely experience.

The Adelaide hotel is an amazing property with great staff I stayed here for work organizing a Travel Show event for 100 people and a learning session for our company. Natalie was in charge of everything and she took care of every single detail. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was an incredible stay all around. Very luxurious hotel and great location. If you have to organize an event, I truly recommend it to you 100%. You will be in good hands.

This is an incredible property with amazing staff all around that make you feel welcome every morning and every interaction. The location is great too, being just a walk across the street from the Path. We stayed here for a few nights and it was an incredible stay all around. Very luxurious hotel with upscale appointments and incredible people that do all they can to make sure you're happy! They're in the process of switching fully to a St. Regis property (I think the first in Canada?), but there aren't any apparent branding issues or growing pains associated with this switch. The check-in process was quick and easy and they provide you with a warm towel, which was a nice touch to let you know you can relax for the night! Everyone at the front desk and the gentlemen that greeted us at the door were outstanding. Genuinely nice people. We stayed in the one-bedroom superior suite. The room is well appointed and absolutely stunning. Large bathroom with in-mirror TV. Awesome rain shower and separate tub, and of course the heated floor (because why not, right?) The TV's also have accessible HDMI ports and the remotes have an AUX button to let you change the source to your own HDMI source, which means you can watch your Netflix or iTunes movies. Massive kudos to the Adelaide for allowing this, since the selection on Netflix and iTunes usually beats most in-room entertainment options. Turndown service was very nice and fast. I loved the little cruise-compass-esque day planners they put on the bed at night too. The housekeeping team is comprised of some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They're a pleasure to talk to, have a great sense of humour, and incredibly down to earth. It really made the stay that much better. The pool area is really nice as well, but we didn't really check out other areas of the hotel since we found ourselves out in Toronto most of the time. This is a hotel you definitely don't want to overlook though. Outstanding all around and I can only hope they'll keep the same attitude when they complete the transition to a St. Regis property.

This was one of the most remarkable hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. It’s beautiful and clean and the staff members treat you like family. I will say that the hotel is more on the expensive side. But who cares? With all that this hotel had to offer and with how I was treated, I’ll pay this price any day of the week. The hotel is in the heart of Toronto and there are a lot restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I’m in Toronto. A+ stay

We recently stayed here for our anniversary and I cannot get over how amazing the staff was right from the moment we got there. We were greeted right from valet with friendly service. When we checked in we had Kevin from the front help us get settled into our room and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. There happened to be a big storm the day we checked in and the city was experiencing very high winds and we had a bit of a creaking noise in our room. We called down to let them know and we were immediately changed to a different room. We were explained the situation and apologized to immensely for the inconvenience which we didnt even seem necessary under the circumstances. The spa was 5 star the restaurant on the top floor was 5 star! Right from the beginning of our stay Kevin was accomadating and extremely helpful. He definitely made our stay top notch! Cant say enough great things about this hotel.
