If it’s cold outside, bundle up and take a spin around the ice skating rink. Order a martini straight up at America’s glitzy bar, then dig into the restaurant’s namesake south-of-the-border menu of treats including Washington State lamb rack with potato gnocchi.

I have to compliment this dining area at the hotel and thank them for going 'way above 'a usual festive Easter Brunch. We were impressed with the beautiful lobby of the hotel with the marble flooring and distinct backdrop of crystal or coral artwork behind the main reception area. All the staff smiled and greeted us in the lobby. The elevators took us to the 31st floor. It was an open and bright area with huge windows looking out onto the Toronto landscape. The ceiling was very high which made everything so elevated. The server we had was gracious and his smile made you feel most welcomed. He was gracious and the manager as well who came and spoke to us about our meal . With a manager's visit to our table it made all of us feel special. You don't often see a manager do this courtesy. The food ... it went on and on with unique displays and friendly accommodating servers. There were Easter colours everywhere. The fresh rolls and pastries, the fresh fruit, the seafood bar, the succulent ham and delicious lamb, the sides, salads, and the Easter collection of desserts with unique displays of Easter candies and bunnies.. it was wonderful. We ate and savoured all this in a beautiful setting. I indeed felt spoilt and appreciated this elaborate brunch with my family. Nothing could be better for Easter Sunday.

Conference Stay April 13,14 2018. Best hotel I have been in to date! As soon as we got out of the Escalade from airport , our car door was opened and we were greeted with a smile by 2 young gentleman with gloves on. Very polite and offered to take our luggage. Grand entrance and foyer instantly makes you realize you will be pampered. People at the desk made you feel like family. Briefly told us of the hotel features and those of the room, where morning breakfast was and the location of the pool. Offered a wake up call. The next day an ice storm moved in and the hotel and staff we most understanding and cooperative as some of us had to get to the airport early to get our flights. Drives were arranged and punctual and staff wished us well on our journey home and hoped we would return one day. Special thanks to Svleman(Bellperson), Norbert(Doorperson), Adam(Front desk) and Toni(Concierge). Thank you Toronto and thank you Adelaide Hotel. A class facility. Trump would be proud of the level of service!

This hotel is truely incredible, from the moment I arrived till the moment I left I could not fault it. Would give it 6 stars if I could! When I arrived I was instantly greated by the porter who welcomed me by my surname and took me to reception. The receptionist already knew who I was (because of the porter) and welcomed me again by my surname. They then went on to give me valuable and useful information. The room was incredible and I only wish I could of stayed longer to enjoy it. The bathroom is very cool with a tv inside the mirror which I very much enjoyed whilst shaving in the morning. If you are into fitness you will love their gym, it's on the 32nd floor and gives a panoramic view of the city whilst you can work out. I will certainly be back and reccommend this hotel to everyone in my network. Also, check out the welcome amenity I received, sorry for the bad picture wasn't intending on sharing it originally.

I met my girlfriend at the Adelaide Bar in the Adelaide Hotel for a few drinks before a girl's night out. The bartender, Marina, put us off to a splendid start. She had a great sense of humour, was incredibly professional and made us some of the best drinks we've ever had. Marina also told us all about the hotel and the changes to come!! Judging by how memorable my experience was recently, I can't wait for the new St.Regis!

I had the opportunity to stay in one of the suites and it was quite nice — large, clean design, much more modern vs other hotels in the area. A few minor flaws: elevator buttons not working, a B1 floor you would think takes you to the PATH but doesn’t, a shower where the handheld sprayer sprayed out the side (not straight ahead), and lockers in the change room of the pool where the locks were all (or at least the few I tried before I gave up) were all broken. The pool and hot tub were very nice, the dining room was nice with lovely high ceilings and good food. I did have an issue with billing from the breakfast that was easily rectified and wanted to check out later than I had originally asked for (which was my fault). The clerk at the desk resolved the issue quickly — after the fact, Shannon, the front desk manager, sent a note apologizing for the mixup — a very nice touch that exemplifies the great service at this property.
