Beautiful comfortable rooms. Clean bathrooms. Very pretty Lobby. Our Butler Ali was fantastic and made our stay for our daughters that much more enjoyable. The improvements: construction in front of the hotel(hopefully finished earlier than later), contacting the front desk(there were several times it was difficult to get through to the front desk). All in all, i would come back to stay here if I come back to Toronto.

Very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are very nicely decorated, but the service is below that of other St Regis hotels I have stayed in, more 4 star hotel than ultra luxury. During check in, I specifically asked not to get a kind of room and the response was “of course sir’. I walk into the room and it is exactly the room I asked not get. I call to ask them to change the room, and the answer is “someone will be right up to give you the new room keys.’ 20 minutes pass by and nothing. I call again, and no one picks up the call. I call again after a few minutes and “we are sending the keys right away”, but no one knocks on the door. I finally go downstairs to the front desk and she knew exactly who I was and started to program the keys. So basically no one was heading our way with the keys for the new room. The bar had a weird vibe to it. Barmen making inappropriate comments about the customers to other customers, waiters slow to respond, and I can go on. It was a bit surreal that we opted to go a bar close to the hotel the next night There are plenty of options in Toronto for luxury hotels. This is the first and last time I will stay at the hotel.

My go to hotel when in Toronto, always travel for business and been staying here for months on and off. Staffs recognize you and appreciates your loyalty to Marriott brand. Friendly and luxurious. In room dining food never disappoints. Always top notch service.

Amazing hotel within the banking district of Downtown Toronto and within close proximity to every entertainment venues Toronto has to offer. In Toronto we try to contain our activities within downtown because traffic here is worse than new york. The bottle neck freeways and narrow roads makes it hard to get around. They are going to Host World Cup Soccer here. HMM.. Great service, Regis amenities, Top notch in every aspect.

Service, breakfast, proximity all were excellent. But after numerous calls the shower was not fixed. I just wanted the showers to work exclusive of each other. The hospitality made me give a good rating. Truly Marriott experience but with few adjustments this time.
