The reservation system of this hotel, when changes or modifications are made, does not refer to the reservation numbers initially assigned. So when we did a change in dates in some rooms it applied by mistake to another one that remained empty for three nights without anyone informing us about it. Firstly, the reservation of that particular room was extended without us requesting it, secondly, when the person checked out, they took back the room key and no one was informed that the room would remain empty the following 3 nights. and when we wanted to clarify the situation we came across a quasi “director” named Nicolo Bagna who, with notable incompetence and a rude attitude, did not allow us to explain what happened, and all he limited himself to say was that he believed on what his reservations people told him. It should be said that between the 4 rooms we were in this hotel we spent around 25 nights. A super trip spoiled by Nicole Bagna, the Hotel La Perla Director that doesn’t care about losing customers. .

The price of our stay was definitely not adequate to our experience and overall value of the hotel, with a much neefed reconstruction of the ski room, spa and general ventilation systems. The cuisine was very average. Generally, La Perla is living from it old fame and met the 5 star expectations around the 80’s, not in 2024.

Everything you need for a break from everyday stress. Service is excellent form arrival, rooms, spa, ... When considering food and beverage Italy is among top of the world and La Perla is among the best in Italy. Half board is a bit pricy at first glance but not when you experience service level of the hotel. And prices on the food and drinks in the hotel are more then normal ...

We had the pleasure of staying four (4) amazing nights at the family owned La Perla Hotel in Corvara. La Perla offers well-appointed rooms with loads of amenities. Your experience starts with an insightful tour of the property and a welcome gift. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, every aspect of our stay was perfect. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail shines on every aspect of the hotel, from the flowers carefully placed on each dining table, to the nightly gifts left on the bed turn down service, it’s apparent the hotel owners take hospitality very seriously. This makes for a five-star experience for all the guests visiting the hotel anytime of the year. It was a treat to be greeted by Mr. Costa, the owner. He spends a lot of time greeting all his guests, making them feel very special. The spa is Amazing. After a long day of hiking, you can enjoy a lovely stream or sauna, massage, and an indoor pool with lounge chairs for relaxing. La Perla offers an extraordinary experience that will only surpass expectations. We are eager to come back to Corvara! Thank You, La Perla!

We stayed here for 4 nights to do some mountain biking and hiking in the area. Our Romantik Dolomites view room offered lots of space and a balcony with great mountain views. Lovely indoor pool area. The hotel is located right next to one gondola (the Col, I think) and within easy walking distance to two others. Service was really great. They took care of our car and bike, offered great suggestions for hikes, and even hosted a little welcome reception one evening for the guests. We did the half-board and the restaurant was very good with enough choices to keep things interesting. The hotel is a little hard to find driving in; some signage near the main road would have helped. Corvara is beautiful.
