We have a great welcoming. We had a lovely time.The staffs were nice and very professional. The food was amazing. We had dinner on the beach restaurant even the General Manager came to greet us.The waitress Bernadet was just great.She was very helpful, discrete and ensure a great service.The Food & Beverage Manager very welcoming, he assists us for the restaurant booking and we had some words with him.Trying to find something negative, I could not find .From the time we arrived until our departure everyone was so helpful and nice which made our stay memorable. I will reccomend Trou aux Biches Beachcomber to anyone without hesitation.

Great resort, really pretty , one of the nicest looking resorts we have stayed at. The food is great with 5 restaraunts, but book early, as soon as you arrive as they are full pretty much every night. The All inclusive package stops at 11 (just FYI) but the staff are friendly, considerate and the bar staff were good fun. However I have given 4 stars which should have been 5 as on leaving I left an expensive pair of trainers in my room by accident for no more than 30 minutes, by which time house keeping had cleaned the room and they were gone, they even have my initials on them. First hotel I have stayed at where items have gone missing. The hotel have looked but said they can't find them but no offer of compensation has been forth coming, its an annoyance to an otherwise lovely holiday.

The hotel setting is magnificent! The long , white sandy beach and turquoise water cannot be beaten, it is most definitely one of the best swimming beaches in Mauritius. We were lucky enough to spot a turtle while we were swimming in one of the designated areas. Our Tropical Junior Suite was spacious, we especially appreciated the size of the bathroom and loved the outdoor shower. The staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and helpful, we used the services of the hotel concierge to book a rental car , within minutes our car was booked and sorted. We dined at all the hotel restaurants and the quality of food and presentation was outstanding , we enjoyed lunches at the main bar next to the pool. Trou Aux Biches has a great atmosphere and we will definitely be back!

What may have been a three star review is elevated to five stars, with the attention and care provided by management standing out as highly commendable in dealing with issues and processes. This, coupled with the genuine warmth, friendliness and kindness of staff puts Beachcomber Trou Aux Biches well ahead of rivals in the same category. The hotel is beautiful and tranquil. The variety of restaurant offerings is excellent. Stand-outs for us were Il Corallo and Blue Ginger - all credit to the chefs. Special mention must be given to Hotel Manager, Guillaume Noyam (he really went the extra mile), Food and Beverage Manager, Nicholas, Special Guests Manager, Kevin, Neha at front of house at L'Oasis (her warmth and kindness touched our hearts), and Chloe at the Spa (again such warmth and kindness).

A big thank you Mr G Noyan and his staff for making my first stay at theTrou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf and Resort a memorable.The room was so comfortable and spacious.The staff was caring and paid attentiin to details.The food was excellent.I'm looking forward to my next visit which will definitely be longer
