Was here for the National Council of Arts Administrators conference and greatly enjoyed the place: lovely rooms and great views, but the staff was the highlight! William Arce was our server the last night, and he was so very attentive and thoughtful! He was representative of everyone I met on staff: helpful without being obsequious. Highly recommended to hike the canyon!

My husband and I stay here so we feel like we are on vacation when we visit with our son at the university. Loews Ventana has the most wonderful staff. From the wonderful help at check in with Sapphire to my friendly waitress Melonie who I chatted with everyday as if we were family. It was a pleasure to go down to breakfast everyday to be greeted with a smile and 5 star service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is spotless, great, friendly staff and a beautiful resort. This place is a must stay resort. Beautiful location in the mountains.

The conference we visited at the resort was a great experience for us and we also stayed another day in order to enjoy the accommodations. The overall experience from the room, to the staff and on to the property was awesome. Thank you

We only stayed one night for a quick weekend getaway and we were wishing that we had more time to stay. The location is peaceful and the setting is beautiful, on the outskirts of north Tucson. There are lots of amenities that we didn't get to partake in due to our short stay. We did get to see an amazing view of Saturn and its rings - a scientist from the observatory above Tucson brought a telescope to the pool area on Saturday night and educated all those interested on what we were observing in the sky. It was a wonderfully random experience! Our room was clean and modern, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will be back!

The suite I was in was fairly nice. Sitting/living area, bathroom, and bedroom. Televisions in both living and bedroom. Spacious bathroom. The bathtub is rather large but there was only one panel to close it off from the rest of the bathroom. The bad was a good size but the mattress was not the most comfortable. The walls were pretty thin. I could hear other people's conversations (from the adjoining room) both in the living room and the bedroom.
