Family member booked a block of 10 rooms for family get together at resort. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and spent approx 1 grand. Great rooms with desert and Tucson views, wonderful food at all dining and in room venues, bought a lot of drinks for family at pool side bar until I was accused of bringing in a drink or filling a drink outside or in my room by a very aggressive pool attendant. I bought all drinks at pool bar and was wearing the pool band. My drink was confiscated and I was all but told that security would "deal with me" What? My wife tried to get a second towel and had her arm grabbed and held forcefully and had to face this same growling attendant. What? What the heck? It was embarrassing and confusing and somewhat frightening all at the same time. Who was this pit bull attendant? Watch out . Do not buy any drinks or ask for a towel or you may be next! I travel a lot and have never had this experience. I guess all part of the traveling experience. Lol Other than that the staff was great and experience very fine indeed. Parking was easy.

Must go! This place is the best! Excellent customer service. Highly highly recommend this place (yes there are two highlies on purpose). Place is clean and is luxurious without that type of price. The location is near shops and nice restaurants

Outstanding g first class room and service. In room dining was pricey but worth it. Simply Delicious! Great deal for Government employee or active duty. Two stunning pools, practically empty for us. Love the special touches of infused water and free food to feed the koi pond fish.

We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer! The room was lovely. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked Tucson. We enjoyed walking to the beautiful waterfall on the grounds.
