The Oberoi, Mauritius

This was a wonderful stay. The resort is very beautiful, lush, and well spaced-out, so you never feel crammed. The villas are very nicely designed and well maintained, and the ocean view is prevalent everywhere. The service is impeccable, particularly thanks to the butler service they sometimes offer (our butler Ankush was outstanding). The pools, and the various seating areas are nice and well maintained. The beach is not the highlight as it is small, and the swimming area shallow and covered with corals. The cuisine is a mixed bag, with excellent Indian food at the main restaurant. The rest is just ok. Anyway, a great stay.

When i say holiday destination what's there in my mind, clean and well ventilated rooms, pleasant atmosphere, worm and friendly service, a good food, and most important is privacy. and what if i get good location, beautiful beach, amazing restaurants, lot of space for children to play, water activities its like beyond imagination, apart from all around static components, what really made my trip memorable and i am saying beyond perfection is people, staying with such a wonderful team and managers is like staying in Royal Palace with Royal service. Team amazed me in every interaction, they are so focused and they exactly know what I need at what time without even asking they just surprised me, and my family. For example when i came back from long hectic day at Casella, i found my bathtub was filled with warm water just for relaxation. may be another one, when i have catch flight early morning i chose start without having breakfast but to my surprise packed fruits, juice and sandwiches were ready for my departure. Its Beyond perfection. Thank you will be less appreciation for my experience, Amazed !

I had the most beautiful 4 days of stay at this resort. Of course the property / amenities are par excellence but the best part which makes the experience stand out is the warmth and hospitability and the service provided by the staff. From giving cakes. Champagnes and candles, caps and scarves to allowing early checkin and getting our car repaired to arranging breakfast in bed to giving impeccable shopping recommendations...all voluntarily, this is easily the best hotel experience of my life so far. What also stands out is that there are laods of complimentary activities and classes you can take benefit of during your stay. Special shoutout to Antish and Prakash and some of the other staff (some names I am unable to remember). Hands down value for money!!!

Amazing ocean , hotel grounds, villas and outstanding service. We stayed only one night but we wish could be longer. We were treated like royalty from the beginning to the end. Memorable experience!
