The Oberoi, Mauritius

We had a wonderful stay at Oberoi Mauritius for 6 nights and 7 days. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the warm welcome at the front office, to the impeccable housekeeping, delicious food & beverages, and beautiful hotel amenities. The rooms were luxurious and spotless, and the entire team, including the management, made us feel truly valued. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We stayed at Oberoi Mauritius for 6 nights, 7 days and it was an unforgettable experience. Housekeeping was flawless, food and beverages were exceptional, and the front office team was so welcoming. When we think of planning our holiday to the Oberoi Beach Resort, Mauritius, we remember why it is that we always eagerly look forward to returning. Our seamless private transfer, our warm greeting upon arrival, an easy check-in at our luxurious private villa with pool. The anticipation of the quiet, extensive and beautiful subtropical grounds to relax in and appreciate. The kind, friendly professionalism of all the staff, many of whom we know so well and look forward meeting with again. The relaxed hospitality and varied and high end cuisine served and prepared expertly by the chefs. And in reality our opportunity to relax, enjoy the break, and be spoiled. We arrived in May of this year, for a 2 week holiday, and all these memories were again relived. An exceptional holiday in every respect . We have had the opportunity of thanking all those concerned before our departure, it is the staff at all levels that adds an extra dimension to this special resort, they care about the guests and endeavour to provide all services seamlessly. On this occasion we would particularly like to thank, Neetu , room service supervisor, for providing the team to service the Villa twice every day, just as if each day we were new arrivals. Vishal, who provided us with a private tour of the grounds, explaining the history and the significance of the varied tree plantation of the estate. Chefs Singh and Suarez for their personalised and expert cooking, providing wonderful off menu dishes on request. As always, thank you Natacha ,( executive rooms manager), for always being available to all, and looking after us. This is why we enjoy returning, the standards, and our expectations of this resort are very high, and are continuously maintained to this high level. We highly recommend this resort to anyone, it is special.

Had an amazing stay at the Oberoi Hotels. Top notch location, ambience, food & Hospitallity. Rooms were immaculate & well maintained always. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely repeat. Special shout out to our butler Aditya who went way beyond to make it a memorable stay) and the room service in-charge Neethu for keeping it pristine & comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, from the reception, room service team to the restaurant staff and the chef. Their excellent hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness made our experience truly enjoyable and memorable.
