Beautiful romantic stay
We had a wonderful honeymoon stay and we are so grateful we picked Viceroy for it! Our Elephant Villa was cosy and private and we loved the whole place. It was very spacious and well equipped, the pool was heated so even my wife could enjoy it. Beds were huge and comfortable, we slept so well! The whole place was clean and very well maintained and the whole hotel has just some magic feel about it, it is so calming just to walk around and take in the architecture, the nature and the views. Service was amazing, we had all the attention we needed and they helped even with our short-notice requests and last minute rescheduling. Very much appreciated! We tried the spa wchich was amazing after a long day travel, gym was well equipped with nice view and the breakfast with a view was so enjoyable! We also tried the fine dining in Aperitif and we enjoyed our candlelight honeymoon dinner, it was a pleasure! We definitely recommend Viceroy for luxurious romantic stay and we thank everyone who made our stay memorable.

A lovely spot to relax!
This is a beautiful property, with attentive and caring staff. It’s a lovely spot to stay and relax, with many opportunities to explore Ubud and the local area. The villa was in great condition and the private pool was wonderful to have. We also enjoyed an early morning cycling trip led by one of the staff, as well as a nice Balinese massage at the spa. The cocktail bar is also a fun spot for a nice drink or two. Recommend it all!

Exceptional Place to Stay in Ubud, Bali
The Good - Exceptional hospitality, Lush green resort, Serene surroundings, Ready to help staff. Special mention for Ms Ketuk at Cascade Restaurant. Overall a must stay place. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a plunge pool. Opportunity - Menu at restaurant should be looked into in general and vegetarian options specifically.

Amazing stay at the Viceroy
Amazing!!! Everything about this hotel is perfect. Can’t speak highly enough of our stay - perfect location, perfect room, amazing food and most importantly the staff team where the best we have encountered anywhere in the world. Usually would pick out individual staff members for special mention but at Viceroy everyone was exceptional and won’t be fair to mention anyone individually. We usually don’t go back to places as like to explore new destinations and hotels but for the Viceroy we will make an exception and will definitely be back. All the restaurants were amazing but the 7 course tasting menu at Aperitif was incredible and as good as any Michelin star restaurant we have eaten at. Thank you all for a very special stay!!

One of the best luxury hotels
One of the top hotels that I've stayed at. The staff is intentional about creating an environment full of privacy and rest. The grounds are immaculate and the food was top-notch.
