Beautiful setting but even better service
Wasn't sure what to expect from this Small Luxury Hotel property; we were not disappointed. Set in a lush tropical surroundings, our pool suite was spectacularly furnished and had everything one could ever need. Resort is located close to the famous monkey forest, even had a free shuttle; everything is close by Grab. One of the best breakfasts ever with lots of vegetarian options too and a glorious bar with every drink one could imagine. All this is great, but the one thing that impressed us most was the service. Everyone remembered our names and couldn't have been more delightful, professional and accommodating. Bravo. We will return!

Exceptional hotel and experience
The Viceroy is an exceptional hotel. The service is warm and professional, the location is outstanding and the rooms & amenities are next level. The staff ensured we had a special and romantic time. Apertif restaurant & Pinstripe Bar are must-visit. Exceptional. Probably the most picturesque view in Ubud. Will definitely be back.

A hidden gem
Absolutely stunning hotel in the most tranquil, breathtaking surroundings. Our room was first class. All staff were excellent and the food is top class. Patrick (the manager) took time out to speak to his guests and was both friendly and welcoming. This is a must visit if you are visiting Bali. We will definitely return. Thank you. Incredible stay
Myself and my wife celebrated our honeymoon here in Viceroy. It was an incredible experience. We stayed 4 nights and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Incredible place with the most amazing staff. They were so helpful and welcoming. The room was spectacular and the food in both restaurants on the property was first class. We’ll definitely visit again.
