I’ll give this place a 3/5
This is a lovely property. However, the management of the property leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived on March 4 (after a long day of travel), which coincided with a “Holi” celebration taking place on the property. The party was blasting loud rap music accompanied by a thumping bass note. I called the manager, who said he would take care of it. He did not. The music continued until 5 pm. Any possibility of a restful nap was destroyed. I respect the Holi celebrants, but the hotel management must not sacrifice the serenity of the hotel in order to allow a very loud and boisterous party. Most guests are staying at the hotel expecting some rest and relaxation. This was not possible.
