Mind blowing
Amazing and most memorable stay. The staff is warm courteous and took complete care of us.....absolute lovely service. Food is just mind blowing...and so is the location. Rooms are lavish...swimming pool really good...even activities at the hotel are superb. Top notch in all departments.

If Vikram Singh ji had another name it would be LEELASINGH JI. He has LEELA flowing in his blood! What an ammmazing hospitality… am short of words … served with smile and the level of details shared about the brand and property is commendable!! Disappointing experience with the reservation processi’m
I was looking forward to dining at Sheesh Mahal at The Leela Palace Udaipur and contacted the hotel regarding a dinner reservation for 24th or 25th August. I called three days ago and was told that reservations needed to be made a week in advance. However, I was contacted today and informed that Sheesh Mahal was completely sold out and that a reservation could only be accommodated if I were a resident guest at the hotel. What disappointed me most was that I had clearly mentioned that I was travelling to Udaipur specifically for dinner at Sheesh Mahal. If I had been informed about the resident-guest requirement during my initial enquiry, I could have planned differently. I understand that restaurants can be fully booked, but the communication and handling of the situation were not what I expected from a luxury property like The Leela. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and finds a way to address such situations more appropriately.
