Lovely place with very helpful staff
A beautiful location right on the shore of Lake Pichola. We stayed there for a week and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Additionally, the cleaning staff ensured that the rooms were cleaned twice a day. The Leela Palace Udaipur is a gorgeous property with wonderful staff and service. This included the guest relations manager, Prachi; our butler, Vishal; the restaurant staff (Sanjay, Ayush, Nikhil, Jyotiraditya, and Ravi); and Kuldeep from the spa. Each staff member ensured that our experience was truly one of a kind. The food was amazing. There were also wonderful amenities, and the hotel allowed us to experience many local Rajasthani crafts. The evening performances also showcased Rajasthani culture beautifully. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and hope to come again in the future.
