Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was truly memorable. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to unwind. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, courteous, and attentive. A special mention goes to Mr.Sanjay, the restaurant manager, who stood out for his outstanding service and genuine care for guests. His recommendations were excellent, and he even went out of his way to arrange off-menu dishes. His attention to detail and personal touch made every meal a delightful experience. Our stay at The Leela was absolutely wonderful! From the warm welcome and serene boat rides to and from the hotel, to the stunning lake views, everything was spectacular. The staff provided exceptional service, and our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The dining experience was also a highlight; we thoroughly enjoyed the taste and quality of the à la carte menu at the indoor restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience at the highly recommended Sheesh Mahal was a bit disappointing, as the Rajasthani set menu that night didn't quite hit the mark for us

The guided tour of this magnificent property was mesmerizing, showcasing the timeless elegance, royal architecture, and stunning surroundings that make The Leela Palace Udaipur one of India's most iconic luxury destinations. The traditional folk dance performance in the courtyard added a beautiful cultural touch and created a memorable atmosphere for our international guests. The dinner arrangements were exceptional. The ambience, décor, and setting were simply outstanding, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with an excellent selection of dishes thoughtfully prepared by the talented culinary team. Every dish reflected the highest standards of quality and authenticity. A special appreciation to the Food & Beverage team for their impeccable service, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout the evening. Their dedication ensured that every guest felt welcomed and well cared for. Our heartfelt thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Prasoon Pandey, and the entire Palace team for their outstanding hospitality and for making this event such a remarkable success.
