Our experience at The Leela Palace Udaipur was truly exceptional! We visited to celebrate my best friend birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality of the entire team made the celebration incredibly special. A special mention to Reshab and his team, who were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and genuine warmth truly stood out. We had a wonderful dinner in the dining area, where Nikhil, Sourav, and Kondi took such great care of us. Every little detail was beautifully managed, and they made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout the evening. They absolutely nailed it! It is rare to come across a team that delivers hospitality with such warmth, grace, and genuine care. The Leela Udaipur is fortunate to have such wonderful people representing the brand. I would proudly say that The Leela Udaipur has some true star employees in its hospitality team. They made a special occasion even more special, and we left with beautiful memories that we will cherish. A huge thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience. We were loved, spoilt & pampered. A perfect family holiday. We stayed at the pool suite. Very toddler friendly, my two year old had a blast.. Amazing food and beverages. Our tastebuds were happy. Our butler Ishaan and the play area coordinator Vanshika were very kind to us. Highly recommend!!

He helped us plan our entire itinerary — from recommending the best spots for local dining to arranging travel for the best shopping spots. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and they truly made it unforgettable. They arranged custom photo cards and thoughtful decor for the celebration, all without us having to ask twice. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made all the difference, and every suggestion turned out to be spot on. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms and warm hospitality throughout.
