The Leela Palace Udaipur

Wonderful hospitality they gave…..

+ve Amazing is an understatement for the hospitality of this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights for my bday with family … All the staff, their management, cleanliness, attention to smallest of details is extraordinary. True luxury in every sense. Room size was good and bed size was good for 4 😄, it was literally a huge bed, room had all the necessities (when I say all, not even a single thing was missing that you would require in a room). Tejveer very well groomed and well mannered as a service host gave all the guidance for Udaipur as well as the property , Anil in the restaurant served with personal attention and took care of us with delicious food with a smile, Divyansh in the gym took good care that we do our workout well and made sure our steam room is ready to be used as soon as workout is done. -ve The only one thing that needs to have attention is that the pool has a flat surface of 5.7 ft which is not good for someone who wants to enjoy pool but doesn’t know how to swim (Although we did) but still that can be taken care of by making necessary adjustments required. But that doesn’t make this property any less of a luxurious stay.

Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was truly memorable. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to unwind. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, courteous, and attentive. A special mention goes to Mr.Sanjay, the restaurant manager, who stood out for his outstanding service and genuine care for guests. His recommendations were excellent, and he even went out of his way to arrange off-menu dishes. His attention to detail and personal touch made every meal a delightful experience. Thank you to the entire team at The Leela Palace Udaipur for making our stay so special. We look forward to visiting again

Our stay at The Leela was absolutely wonderful! From the warm welcome and serene boat rides to and from the hotel, to the stunning lake views, everything was spectacular. The staff provided exceptional service, and our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The dining experience was also a highlight; we thoroughly enjoyed the taste and quality of the à la carte menu at the indoor restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience at the highly recommended Sheesh Mahal was a bit disappointing, as the Rajasthani set menu that night didn't quite hit the mark for us
