Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was nothing short of magical. From the breathtaking beauty of the property to the warmth and elegance of the hospitality, every moment felt truly special. What made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional care offered by the staff. A very special thanks to Prachi and Vishal, who celebrated our anniversary with so much grace and thoughtfulness. Since it was my wife’s first visit to India, he made sure every moment felt memorable and personal. He also took wonderful care of my mother throughout our stay, which meant a lot to our family. During one of our conversations, we mentioned that we would be traveling next to Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur. To our surprise, Vishal went above and beyond and coordinated with his friend Preeti there to plan another beautiful celebration for us. Preeti welcomed us so warmly and took incredible care of us during our time in Jaipur as well. This level of genuine hospitality and personal attention is rare to find. Thank you to the entire Leela team for creating memories we will cherish forever. We cannot wait to return.

At Leela palace Udaipur hospitality at restaurant was exceptional, our every request was taken care very well , specially sanjay bhai from restaurant served us very well , he was there for us anytime , he was very polite to us , and he also took care of our special Jain meals very well Overall we loved property

We recently stayed at The Leela Palace Udaipur to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived by boat at Dudh Talai, we knew this was going to be something extraordinary. Our room had the most breathtaking view waking up to the serene waters of Lake Pichola felt surreal, like something out of a dream. It is the kind of view that stays with you long after you have checked out. Dining at Sheesh Mahal was an absolute highlight of our trip. The food was exceptional beautifully presented, full of flavor, and every dish felt thoughtfully crafted. It is easily one of the finest dining experiences we have had. Breakfast deserves a special mention too the spread was outstanding and the quality was consistently excellent each morning. What truly set this stay apart, however, was our butler. Attentive, warm, and always one step ahead, nothing was ever too much to ask. That level of personalised service is rare and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The overall service at The Leela Palace Udaipur is in a league of its own. Every member of the team was gracious and professional. The expertise and attentiveness of the staff was commendable in addition to the obviously outstanding food. Specifically, the service we received in how the staff went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for my family for our last day in Udaipur was touching. From the excellent recommendations, to the regular check-ins, we were well taken care of for the evening. Special thanks to our waiter, Nikhil for all of the above, and for making my dads’ day by sending up an extra serving of his favourite Mithi Roti up to our room after dinner. Will absolutely recommend this restaurant to any friends, family, or business associates visiting the city!
