Stunning location with great facilities and amazing staff
We loved everything about the Leela palace - the approach by boat; the setting on the banks of lake Pichola looking out at the city palace and lake palace; the lovely room looking out over the lake which was large and well appointed; the hotels facilities including large pool; the food and beverage offerings overlooking the lake; and finally the amazing staff who were so helpful and approachable. It feels more like a boutique hotel than one of the country’s major brands

Excellent service from the entire staff and a beautiful property. The welcome was incredible, along with the afternoon performance and dinner along the lake. Made our special trip even more special. Want to shoutout Nima (Butler) and Shiba (Bartender) for their extra special service and care.

The entire experience was exceptional, and we were incredibly happy with the personalized service offered by all the staff. Had an amazing experience at The Leela Palace Udaipur. The service was outstanding, especially from Yash and Prachi. Their kindness and attention made the stay truly special. Highly recommended!
