The Leela Palace Udaipur

We stayed the night for our anniversary and had dinner at sheesh mahal.. amazing view, fabulous service and food was really good. Our server Mr Nikhil was very plesant, attentive and even made the evening special by bringing a slice of cake for us.. Drinks were also up to par.. Overall lovely experience totally worth it..

A heartfelt appreciation for Samarth, Sahil, and Ankit from the F&B team who assisted us during dinner and truly went above and beyond with their service. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured we had a seamless dining experience throughout the evening. Their thoughtful recommendations and eagerness to make our dinner special stood out, especially when they encouraged us to try the special tiramisu and the hot chocolate fudge cake — both were absolutely delightful. Their dedication, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our dinner memorable and enjoyable.

We visited The Leela Palace Udaipur to celebrate my husband’s birthday , and Anurag Singh made the entire experience truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, he showed exceptional hospitality by arranging a jetty ride for us, which was a beautiful and memorable way to arrive. He received us with genuine warmth and kindness, making us feel extremely welcome. Anurag personally showed us around the property and gave us a brief tour, which added a special touch to our visit. He went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special by organizing a surprise cake-cutting by the lake view. The gesture, planning, and attention to detail were absolutely perfect and made the celebration magical. He was extremely courteous and considerate toward my in-laws, taking extra care of their comfort throughout the evening. His hospitality during the dinner buffet was outstanding, ensuring everything went smoothly and that we felt truly looked after. Thanks to Anurag, our evening turned into a memorable celebration. He truly embodies grace, humility, and world-class hospitality. An absolute asset to The Leela Palace Udaipur — he gave us one of the best nights and made the birthday celebration genuinely special.

It was a fantastic experience we had at the Leela Palace. Chef Roshan Katara's food was wonderful especially the liquid gold soup which was absolutely superb! The entire staff at the restaurant and banquet hall were also great and some special mentions from your fantastic team are Druva, Ayush, Lee, Sanjay, Anshul, Samarth, Kunwarlal, Govind , Krishna, Jeetesh, Prachi..I will surely come back as this was a memorable stay and hats off for the customer service offered by this team. Keep rocking guys!

The stay, experience and everything was good with Leela, the staffs here are amazing, very helpful and co-operative, there is one feedback i will would like to give, the bathroom and washrooms should have locks on it, since it's only ok for couples, not when we are travelling for business and sharing room with colleagues, its not a good experience to invade our privacy. However I would like to thank all the staff here at Leela, they are the best :)
