Top-notch hospitality and an incredible experience
My stay at The Leela was deeply memorable and I could not recommend it enough. The setting was picturesque and serene. The rooms were spacious and I particularly enjoyed the turn-down service. The most impressive thing was the hospitality - every member of staff that I interacted with was extremely courteous and helpful. Truly a wonderful experience!

Exceptional Service
Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, but a special mention must go to Aditya Singh, our concierge, who went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. He helped us plan our entire itinerary — from recommending the best spots for local dining to arranging travel for the best shopping spots. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and they truly made it unforgettable. They arranged custom photo cards and thoughtful decor for the celebration, all without us having to ask twice. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made all the difference, and every suggestion turned out to be spot on. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms and warm hospitality throughout.
