Exceptional Service
Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, but a special mention must go to Aditya Singh, our concierge, who went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. He helped us plan our entire itinerary — from recommending the best spots for local dining to arranging travel for the best shopping spots. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and they truly made it unforgettable. They arranged custom photo cards and thoughtful decor for the celebration, all without us having to ask twice. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made all the difference, and every suggestion turned out to be spot on. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms and warm hospitality throughout.

Stunning destination and stay
A stunning property and a wonderful stay. From the welcome boat ride to the beautiful details throughout, everything was exceptional. Our butler Ishan Shaikh deserves a special mention. He was incredibly helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to arrange dinners, bookings and experiences for us. If you have the option, definitely ask for Ishan Shaikh! The room was lovely and I’d highly recommend a lake view room. One minor negative was an unnecessarily rude interaction with a staff member about keeping the windows closed. Apart from that, the hospitality was phenomenal and we’d happily stay again.
