Royal treatment at Leela Palace
The hotel ambience was royal The atmosphere was one of cordiality respect and humility Our upgraded room was luxury and spacious and very comfortable with Lake view My best experience is the HosPitality of the breakfast and dining team who showered us with so much attention like we were royals! Special mention off the following : Sanjay, Ravi,Govind; Ravi Kant,DEv; DHruba who who were part of excellence Mr Sandeep who waited upon us despite our late arrival is a gem of a gentleman whose personality and professionalism with a personal touch was something we will never forget Mr Gurjot the butler for the rooms is another worthy mention who tendered to every one of our needs and left a very beautiful and memorable parting gift thatvreally touched us All in all we were bowled over by the hospitality demonstrated by all staff that we will return just to enjoy the ambience and that special, hospitality Once again I mention Govind who literally stole our hearts Guna Sekaran
