We would also like to acknowledge the wonderful Swimming Pool and Play Area teams. Our two-day stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was absolutely magical, made unforgettable by Tejveer Singh Rathore incredible hospitality and a beautiful birthday surprise. The flawless service and stunning property made it a truly special celebration that we will cherish forever!

The Leela Palace Udaipur is undeniably a special place. The location on Lake Pichola is stunning, and arriving by boat makes the experience feel unique from the very beginning. The boat ride around the lake was one of the highlights of my stay. However, considering the price point, I expected much more. The room felt quite dated, with dark interiors, old curtains, and an overall atmosphere that was not as comfortable or luxurious as I had anticipated. I was also disappointed by the level of cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom and around some of the room details, where more attention was clearly needed. That said, the staff was consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.

A heartfelt thank you to The Leela Palace Udaipur for an unforgettable stay. Grecy made our arrival smooth and pleasant with her gracious hospitality during check-in. Butler Yash Jediya went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel like valued guests. We look forward to returning soon.
