From the moment we first reached out to RP to begin planning our stay, we knew we were in for something special. The communication was incredibly quick, detailed, and personal. That level of service continued the moment we arrived, when we were greeted by name and made to feel like we were the only guests there. The location is abs breathtaking. Our stay in the Treehouse Toucan was one of the highlights of the trip. The view was unmatched, and the amount of wildlife we were able to see right from our treehouse was incredible. We ended up spending hours just sitting there taking it all in. The staff went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. They helped plan excursion for us and through of every little detail. One morning, we had an early whale watching tour, the staff had our car pulled up with towels and our to-go breakfast already prepared and waiting for us. It's those little touches that truly set Rancho Pacifico apart. Then there was dinner every night. The chef prepared a tantalizing four course meal each evening, and honestly, it felt like Michelin even dining in the middle of the Costa Rican jungle. Every meal as something to look forward to. Beautiful amenities and gorgeous views. Loved the peacefulness and feeling of being alone in nature. Seeing and hearing the incredible wildlife was such a remarkable experience. Breathtaking area has such an abundance of creatures and plants. Amazing attentive staff. Delicious options on the menus. Fantastic remote getaway. Humidity is real. Also be prepared for the roads and walking or driving steeper inclines than what you may be used to. 5 stars from us. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our family of five just got back from an amazing week at Rancho Pacifico, and it exceeded every expectation. With a staff-to-guest ratio close to 1:1, we felt taken care of at every turn — the team was warm, attentive, and clearly invested in making our trip memorable. By day two, staff already knew our names and preferences, which gave the whole stay a wonderfully personal touch. The food was fantastic from start to finish, housekeeping came through twice daily, and the staff seamlessly coordinated everything — excursions, transportation, even having meals ready the moment we returned. Nothing was left for us to worry about. Add to that the jaw-dropping location — tucked into the rainforest with panoramic ocean views — and you’ve got a place that’s genuinely hard to leave. If you’re after an all-inclusive Costa Rica experience where every detail is handled and every moment feels special, Rancho Pacifico is it.

Just returned from 4 nights in the Whale's Tail villa and it was a magical experience. This was our second time returning in less than a year- it's that good. Not only is the property stunning, the wildlife abundant, and the food outstanding, what sets RP apart is the genuine hospitality by the staff. We were greeted with hugs and smiles and were treated like old friends. If you're considering RP or their sister property (Vista Celestial which rivals it in aesthetics), don't hesitate. You will come away with memories of a lifetime and if your lucky, new friends.

This was an amazing resort and ultimate experience. The location was spectacular! The elevation and views below. Up high nestled in the rainforest and ocean below. Our room was super nice and clean.
