Reviews for Manor Vail Lodge

Awesome resort/room, and we didn't talk to one single employee who didn't elevate the experience there...

We love Vail anyway, but this place made our trip SO much better. From the moment we walked into the lobby, Jasmine and Sarah elevated our day at the desk. We had the AMEX upgrade deal, and our suite in the 180's was awesome. Considering we were coming in on Thanksgiving, having that awesome room was convenient since not much would be open in town. Our suite had two bathrooms, a reclining sofa (which we will be shopping for at home and was SO relaxing), a murphy bed, really comfortable main bed, a fireplace, and a big patio. Our fireplace had a problem in getting going, but Jacob came immediately and helped us out...on the holiday night. We needed some food, but were over Thanksgiving food for the day, and Amanda and Ben helped us out in Fitz's lounge in getting some mac and cheese off the shown menu. They have two heated pools. The other one had a waterfall feature, but we never really went to that one just because of convenience. We liked ours with two hot tubs of varying levels of heat, and apparently redone in the last year. The steam room was busted during our visit, but they have that and a sauna available, along with a spacious fitness facility that we never used. Their cool ceiling fans are pictured below also...very unique looking ones in each of our rooms. The parking onsite is underground, and I liked it because I didn't have to ask to get something in or out of my car through a valet person. We had an included breakfast, and it was high quality food, and even had an omelette station. The lobby had a great Christmas tree, along with a side room with a piano (which they allowed me to play at night). I love everything about this place, and it was a short walk to Vail Village and anything you needed or wanted to partake in. I highly recommend this place, and see you there next time...

Beautiful Condo and Very Convenient

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

The condo was beautiful, quiet, and clean. It was serviced daily, which was a great benefit for a condo stay. Having a daily breakfast buffet was also a wonderful benefit to start a full day of skiing. The free Vail bus system makes it so easy to get around town, and the Golden Peak stop is just across the street.

We Loved it, our new Annual Family destination, everything you can ask and more!!!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I really don't leave long reviews but I just had too this time. From the initial welcome email to the onsite service was amazing. Went for a trip so my wife can unwind, I requested a quite room that face the mountain and I was given 2 options for a room. I requested a upgrade if possible with my AMEX platinum card and received that too. I got a late check out because of my AMEX platinum as well. The room had everything, literally everything that you need was in it. It even had a humidifier that we almost used because my son the first day was feeling a little altitude sickness but he ended up being ok. My son is autistic and I have to make him his food myself and I had everything I needed to hook him up. And after hooking him up with his breakfast, my wife and I went to the complimentary breakfast and were surprised at how awesome it was. It was a legit full on breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, pastries, they had everything. We thought we would enjoy eating breakfast at a restaurant but what for when we have everything at our hotel for freeeee lol. I am officially making this an annual family trip thanks to how great the service was at the Vail. It is also in walking distance of everything especially the slopes. I really am appreciative at the attention to detail on my request and doing everything they can to make my wife forget about work. Thank You!!!!

Manor Vail Lodge is totally worth every penny!

From booking to check-out, MVL has been the best experience we've had in Vail over 7 visits. We've stayed at other places, but MVL really does provide a great experience. FREE breakfast, and I mean FREE, with eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, freshly made omelets, fruit, yogurt, etc... That right there, for two people is a $75 - $100 per day savings. Next, it was our anniversary and when we mentioned it at check-in, the desk manager immediately procured a bottle of wine and a card, beating us to our room so those items would be waiting for us! The room was spacious (we requested that room since we stayed there last Spring) and got it. Full kitchen, clean, washer/dryer, double vanity bathroom, and spotless. The MVL is just 4 minutes from the village by foot and the walk is easy. Because it was slow, they comp'd our parking! This is what a great experience should be like. Every restaurant we dined at in town was great and the service was spot on...No snooty, boring, wait staff, just friendly people who know how to provide great service. We love Vail and plan on making it an annual trip. Thanks Vail Manor Lodge for another great experience for me and my wife!
