In terms of design and location, this hotel is a rare jewel and is definitely worth a stay for those reasons alone. We had a room with a large balcony which was truly incredible. It felt like a little apartment! The views from the restaurants are incredible as well. The complimentary mini bar with lots of snacks is a really nice touch, as is the steam shower. Our welcome by the reception by Danah was really warm and informative. She was consistently helpful throughout our stay. We stayed during the off-season, which I think had a small impact on our experience. When we arrived, I was surpised to learn that all but one of their restaurants was closed (except Silver was open for breakfast). I think the food could have been better at Red, but in no way was it bad. The breakfast and food at the Blue Bar was delicious! I'm not a big spa person, but the treatment that I had (included in my package) was superb. The therme spa is also a completely unique experience.

V small & inconvenient design room . Dark & narrow. No shower privacy. Not enough shelving or counter top . No one to orient room controls. All use iPad. Black v dark lobby & restaurant & bar. Poor breakfast service. Waited 10 minutes no one takes tea order. No hot food menu. Not replenished tea pot. No air conditioning or TV in room Spa has cracked walls & rusted plumbing . One restaurant located outside hotel 5 minutes walk. Food v salty. Quiet hotel At night loud jazz music at bar .

I had read some negative reviews about the hotel before my stay, which made me a little anxious. However, when I arrived, I quickly realised that there was nothing to worry about. My experience at the hotel and the baths was absolutely dreamy. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well-designed, and I had a magical time in the thermal bath at a slow pace. I had an unforgettable experience at the hotel, I just wished I could stay longer.

We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the bath. Everything was really great...we loved it. Staff was great, all is very quiet and you can enjoy a unique environment in the alps. I would encourage anyone to try it if you can get there....:)

Just Great! This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited, this is why I tried to visit it at least once per year. The money is worth! Everything is just perfect, services is great, restaurants, all of it!
