Amazing
Service, cleanliness, the people were so helpful. The house keeper Katie was especially, very polite, helpful and accommodating. Very sweet, nice lady, along with the entire staff at the front desk.

Elegant dining and stay
Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has a unique character and charm of its own. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is certainly worth experiencing. Great location for exploring Vancouver.

A fun adventure!
We spent a night and were very pleased with the whole experience. Staff was very warm and made us comfortable. Decor was remarkable and fun to explore! Location was superb, as we spent Valentines walking the downtown from the hotel. The adjoining Alouette Restaurant was extremely good with both food and drinks. And breakfast the next morning too. We will be back.

Exquisite!
We have returned 4+ times. It's our go-to place when we visit Vancouver. Great location, spacious super clean rooms, great friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the restaurant has divine food, especially the Bouillabaisse!
