AMAZING!
This was our first time at Le Soleil, and we can't wait to go back! We brought our daughter to Vancouver to celebrate her 16th birthday. I had emailed the concierge, Rafael, a few days ahead of our arrival, to ask if they would be able to put some decorations and treats in the room for when we check-in. He asked what our budget was and then took it from there. Rafael and the General Manager met us in the lobby to introduce themselves and wish our daughter a Happy Birthday. Rafael took us up to our room, and when we walked in, our expectations were blown out of the water! There were balloons, cake, macaroons, non-alcoholic champagne and a little greeting card for our daughter. It was so thoughtful, Rafael went above and beyond. Everyone we encountered at the hotel, from housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and the GM, were so friendly and professional. On top of all that, they upgraded our room to make her birthday extra special! It was the best weekend. The hotel was classy, clean and very comfortable. The location was great as well, it is walking distance to the Pacific Center, restaurants and the ocean. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

A Gem in Downtown Vancouver
Executive Hotel Le Soleil exceeded expectations. The lobby is stunning, our one-bedroom suite spacious and well-appointed, and the bath products genuinely luxurious. The location is unbeatable — Burrard SkyTrain a 10-minute walk, Nordstrom and Pacific Centre in 5, Robson Street in 9, and the Vancouver Art Gallery in 6. But the highlight was General Manager Varun George Kuruvilla. As first-time Vancouver visitors, his generous time and spot-on local recommendations transformed our trip. He embodies everything great about this property. Views are pleasant but unremarkable — a minor footnote in an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommended.

The perfect choice
Gorgeous hotel , amazing finishes , occitane en Provence products in washroom. The whole place smells Devine and the employees are very kind and smiling. Our room was huge and the location is perfect

Very cozy and classy
From the moment you walk in you feel appreciated. On your first step you are welcomed and the decor puts you in a different place all together. Excellent place to stay.

Great pre cruise hotel
Traveled for a pre cruise stay. A lot of great options and wonderful location near the cruise port. Staff were helpful and kind, despite a late arrival from us. Rooms were.clean and nice with a comfortable bed.
