Amazing Hotel and Staff!!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff. Ashima was incredible—respectful, friendly, and genuinely attentive, made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and treated me exceptionally well throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service made a great trip even better.

Excellent stay, only regret is I had to leave.
Had never stayed here before and it was excellent. I stopped by to ask about checking in early and was given a complimentary upgrade to their penthouse! It was extraordinary. The view from the 16th floor was great, there was no noise from anyone else, it was very quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff were all very nice, all professional, and always asked what they could do to make my stay more enjoyable.

Amazing stay with great views!
We checked in to the hotel late at night from a delayed flight to be surprised with a room upgrade that had incredible views of the city! Ashley was amazing assisting us with our stay, making our first experience and impressions of Vancouver truly memorable. I highly recommend staying here for the exceptional service and quality rooms if you plan on visiting Vancouver.
