Ok Stay
Alouette restaurant was lovely and the servers were friendly but quite slow. However, the food was delicious. Staff at the front desk were delightful but we were sent to the concierge twice for our luggage with no one there both times. The concierge could be more friendly as she seemed increasingly impatient and annoyed with our questions. Rooms are outdated and the air conditioning is loud, but the hotel itself is beautiful. Could use some renovations.

Great Stay in Vancouver (Especially after a cruise)
Great location by Waterfront Station! As well as by a bus to Stanley Park. Gorgeous design in lobby and room. Staff was very attentive and helpful with all my questions.

Great stay!
Wonderful location. Room was very comfortable as was decor of common spaces. Good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast . Difficult to control heat in room.
