Comfortable and elegant. We were cozy and felt pampered from the lobby to the room, The staff was helpful. Love the music

• Started with very friendly + helpful check in late at night. Helped my business partner get an available room elsewhere as Le Soleil was booked out. • Room was comfortable, clean and had a good TV setup with Casting. • French Bistro off Lobby was very peasant with reasonable Bistro-style fare. • Lobby and luggage storage was friendly + very efficient after Checking Out. • Definitely will return.

Was here for a conference. Location is walkable to the convention center. They also received and helped ship my conference backdrop package without any hesitation. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of nights over the past 4 years. The staff are very friendly, attentive and professional…at par with several of the well known luxury brands nearby. Welcome chocolates and turn down service are part of the charm as is the exceptional restaurant / bar downstairs…do not miss the French-inspired eggs Benedict. The access to the YWCA next door provides a workout facility and good as you would have back home, so there is no compromise in your fitness routine. On that note, a 6 minute walk brings you to Canada place with coal harbour on the left and gastown to the right - world class choices for a morning or evening walk (with world class coffee options to take along). This has been my go-to boutique hotel and I recommend it to anyone who finds Vancouver on their travel itinerary.
