Great pre cruise hotel
Traveled for a pre cruise stay. A lot of great options and wonderful location near the cruise port. Staff were helpful and kind, despite a late arrival from us. Rooms were.clean and nice with a comfortable bed.

Very nice hotel and very nice room Check in was a little confused but manager was extremely attentive and all good Restaurant was very slow and expensive and noisy for breakfast Did not eat there again We would return to hotel again Thank you

Not as good as it should be
The hotel and restaurant are pleasant but after long travel, the wifi access process was cumbersome, the parking was confusing for a foreigner (an email explaining in advance would be helpful), the TV's were blaring in my suite on entry, and I was given a room with a bad view, despite clearly not being full. Nice staff & quiet otherwise.

The hotel was very helpful to our group as we were all their on business. The front counter staff, manager and concierge were fantastic to deal with and helped me personally with gym access etc. They have the unique arrangement with a beautiful gym next door, YWCA which has pool, sauna, and other access over and above the usual gym items. I had ordered some food to the room one night and had noticed they had forgotten to include the small dessert. Upon overhearing that Karina made a point to have a small box of pillow chocolates to my room. This level of care and attention is what we miss most in this day and age and in my opinion constitutes the level of service you want from all your team. Thanks Karina!!

Wonderful Visit!
After a long day on the Rocky Mointaineer we were ready for some R+R. Amazed at the room, staff, and location close to where we wanted to explore!!
