We were in Vancouver for 2 days prior to a trip. Very nice hi-rise boutique hotel. Had a mini suite with a balcony and very much enjoyed the hotel, great central location so we could easily walk all around and very accommodating staff.

Beautiful Hotel no doubt, and close to all the shopping and dining you could want, plus it was close enough for us to walk to the port to board our Cruise Ship. BUT, it's actually over-priced AND I have NEVER been visited by a hotel worker late at night at my room door requesting my presence downstairs at the front desk to pay my Hotel bill when I don't even check out until the next day at Noon! Suddenly I received texts from my credit card with Fraud Alerts, and realized they were trying to charge my card on file before I knew about it. When I gave them the correct card to use for my bill, it would not go through, many times they tried, and I was accused of having a "fake" credit card! Another lady came over and swiped it, and it suddenly worked and said something different had to be done with US banks for it to work?? I NEVER recommend this Hotel - sketchy.

Staff was always very eager to help me with anything and answered any questions I had. The staff is what puts this hotel over the top! The fact that you couldn't use the elevator without a room key gave me an extra sense of security.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Great position walking distance to many things and our check in was wonderful with the man on reception joking with my son and giving us lots of pointers on what to do. We grabbed burger in the restaurant one night when everywhere else was shut - seriously one of the best I have had and we appreciated them serving when all else was closed. Breakfast was mixed with great service and food during the week but a change in staff at the weekends let the place down both in service by people who didn't seem to like their job and food not as good. overall, I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very approachable and helpful. The concierge, Brent, was incredible! He helped us with reservations and tours. Everything he suggested was perfect. It was not your typical "chain" hotel, they really gave us personalized attention.
