Was here for a conference. Location is walkable to the convention center. They also received and helped ship my conference backdrop package without any hesitation. The sheer accommodation and convenience made this a huge win with no friction. Rooms are large and beautiful very happy and will return

I have stayed at this hotel dozens of nights over the past 4 years. The staff are very friendly, attentive and professional…at par with several of the well known luxury brands nearby. Welcome chocolates and turn down service are part of the charm as is the exceptional restaurant / bar downstairs…do not miss the French-inspired eggs Benedict. The access to the YWCA next door provides a workout facility and good as you would have back home, so there is no compromise in your fitness routine. On that note, a 6 minute walk brings you to Canada place with coal harbour on the left and gastown to the right - world class choices for a morning or evening walk (with world class coffee options to take along). This has been my go-to boutique hotel and I recommend it to anyone who finds Vancouver on their travel itinerary.

We stayed for two nights in January 2026 as a family of four (two adults and two kids). The hotel is absolutely beautiful, well-decorated, welcoming, and the rooms are gorgeous. Even the pull-out bed was comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. The highlight of our stay was breakfast at Alouette, delicious food and excellent service, truly a delight. The only challenge for us as a family was not having access to a swimming pool, as the neighbouring facility is 15+ only. We didn’t notice this detail at the time of booking. That said, we would absolutely return—just without our kids next time.

I stayed here for 3 nights and really loved the French boutique style of the hotel. The decor is so elegant and my room was very clean. The bed sheets were high quality and felt great, although the pillows were a bit too soft for my personal taste. Also, the bathrobes were very thick and felt a bit heavy for me. ​The best part of the stay was definitely the people. From the housekeeping staff to the room service team, everyone was so kind and professional. I used room service and they were very friendly (note: there is a $6 delivery fee plus tip). ​Having "Alouette" restaurant on the first floor is super convenient and the atmosphere is wonderful. Just a tip: make sure to book your dinner in advance! ​I was on the 7th floor, and while Friday night was a bit noisy, the rest of my stay was very peaceful. They also provided slippers and bottled water, which was a nice touch. I’d definitely recommend this place for its great service and location!
