Amazing
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Vancouver! A special mention to Jessica, the concierge, who made our experience truly unforgettable. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, and always went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. She really made us feel welcome and made our stay even more special. The hotel is also in a fantastic, very central location, which made it so easy to explore Vancouver. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

First time. We’ll be back
We will be back. I called for an early check-in and they were clear that they couldn’t guarantee it but they’d try. When we arrived early and couldn’t check in they happily stored our luggage while we grabbed lunch. When we returned our room was ready and they upgraded us. We thought that was above and beyond and were very grateful. Room was very clean, interior design and amenities were top-notch. The hotel bar cocktail quality was fantastic so was the overall service from everyone at the hotel. Well done Executive Hotel Le Soleil.

Top quality staff make this hotel
Good location. Adequate room with poor view but otherwise good. Would have appreciated a walk in shower as opposed to the bathtub. Ability to cast to tv was great for viewing our own content at night. Quiet rooms and comfortable bed and sheets. Cleaning staff very thorough. Angela at reception was extremely helpful and such a nice person to deal with. So…top quality staff make this place.

Vancouver is super
We are just home from a great week in Vancouver. The hotel was very convenient for all the sights and activities that we enjoyed. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful especially Kate in housekeeping - she did a fantastic job in keeping us very comfortable in our lovely room.
