Every room I've stayed in here has a separate bedroom from the sitting area. I love this layout! It very conducive to getting work done or even holding client meetings. One of my first choices of a place to stay when visiting Vancouver on business. The front desk staff are always polite and friendly and the location is central to the downtown core.

Stayed here for the first time March, 2017 and loved it! The hotel has a warm intimate feeling to it. The rooms are a good size and all suites. Rare for a hotel - we never heard another guest in the hall or doors slamming like we do in most hotels. The location is in the center of everything - walk to Robson, Gas Town, West End. No view from our room - but wasn't really looking for one. Good value for the quality of the stay. Parking was reasonable for a big city hotel. Ate at the attached restaurant for breakfast - was spendy but quite good. All the staff was warm and friendly but Brent at the front desk deserves an extra call out for making our stay that much better! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Have been here several times and highly recommend it. The staff are always friendly and helpful, valet parking staff are so nice. You are just minutes from everything in downtown Vancouver. Am not a fan of big hotels so this boutique-type hotel is a real hit. Great food in the attached restaurant

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a corner suite as we were staying for 3 nights. It had a separate sitting room with floor to ceiling windows and a 3 seater sofa. The rooms were in excellent condition and very well equipped with coffee machine and kettle. The staff in hotel were very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. Attached to the hotel is a very nice Indian restaurant. We had a very nice lunch. Well worth a visit. This is a very nice boutique hotel with excellent service at a central location in downtown Vancouver. I recommend a corner suit facing Hornby Street. We would stay here again.

I ended up staying at this hotel because my regular one wasn't available for this trip. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great atmosphere (very uniquely decorated), clean, friendly staff and a beautiful room. In fact I like it better than my regular place. The staff at all levels were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider this hotel on my next trip to Vancouver.
