Elegant hotel
The hotel has a European feel to it. It is located in the heart of downtown area but still fairly quiet. Mixed reviews on the French restaurant attached to the hotel. The breakfasts have been ok. At dinner we tried the mussels and frites. So delicious! I almost got my head stuck in the container lapping up the most exquisite sauce. You can work out at the YWCA next door for free! Great facility! Also the staff in the lobby have been super friendly. The concierge Mohammed was fantastic and gave us a great place to eat.

Fabulous hotel!
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff, particularly Angela, was so accommodating and helpful! The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Hotel and Staff!!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff. Ashima was incredible—respectful, friendly, and genuinely attentive, made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and treated me exceptionally well throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service made a great trip even better.
