Executive Hotel Le Soleil

We decided to stay at the Hotel Le Soleil after doing much research and reading the reviews. We did an Alaskan Cruise and wanted someplace convenient to walk or have a short drive to the terminal. The hotel is richly furnished with a helpful staff. The rooms were good size, with a separate living room. The beds were very comfortable and the room along with the hotel very clean. We arrived one day prior to the cruise early in the morning. Our room was ready and decided after a short break to walk around the area. There are plenty of parks, restaurants, and shops nearby. The cruise terminal itself is a short, nearly straight 10 minute walk. The room itself was very quiet for being downtown. The next morning, we enjoyed a very nice included breakfast. Check-in, check-out, and the Concierge were easy and helpful.

Our family of three stayed at this property before departing on a cruise the next day and we could not have made a better choice for accommodations! The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for making our way down to the cruise terminal without the need for a shuttle or taxi. Lots of great dining options in the area including a fantastic restaurant in the lobby.

The hotel is a high-end boutique hotel. It's spectacular in many way. But the service by the front desk and manager made our stay truly special. People go above and beyond to treat guests with respect, kindness and a wonderful welcoming spirit. Angela at the front desk was especially pleasant and very accommodating.

After a horrible night in another hotel, we were relieved to get a room at this delightful hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were felt appreciated as guests. The style is Italianate and beautifully appointed. The house,restaurant & front of house staff all took a pride in their work. Not to forget the lovely Angela on reception. The food at breakfast was excellent. A wonderful stay in the wonderful city of Vancouver. And looking forward to coming back after our trip around western Canada!

First time visiting this lovely hotel and we will be back! We arrived in the morning coming straight from our cruise, and intended to just drop off our bags for storage until the room was ready. To our delight, they were able to accommodate us for check in immediately which was amazing. Our corner suite was spacious and clean. Complementary bottles of water was very nice, along with supplies to make coffee in the morning. Half and half in the fridge was a bonus! All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful!
