Excellent Hotel
We stayed at the Executive Hotel Le Soleil for 3 nights, 25-27/09/2026. Everything about our stay was excellent, including the staff, room, facilities, location, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a Cruise Stay
We stayed here for one night before our Disney cruise, and it was a great choice. The location was excellent — Canada Place was just a 10–15 minute walk away, which was very easy even with our two young kids. We booked a one-bedroom suite for our family of five, and it worked really well for us. The room was very clean, neat, and nicely appointed. The living room wasn’t huge, but there was enough space for all of us, and we loved the view from the bedroom window. The only downside for me was that the bedroom bed was a little softer than I prefer. Overall, we thought the hotel offered great value. We also really enjoyed its old-world, aristocratic charm — it had a classic, elegant feel that made our stay feel special. We would definitely stay here again.

Location Was Good
Stayed here for a couple of nights and was expecting a good experience since I’ve had family stay here before. The AC was loud, but the location was great and super convenient since it was close to everything. I was disappointed with my interaction with the concierge Jessica. She came across as rude and seemed like she was in a rush when I was asking for help. As a paying guest, I felt like I deserved a little more time and patience, especially since I was travelling alone and just wanted some recommendations and help getting around the city. I also noticed the way she spoke to one of her colleagues as I was checking in, which I thought was quite rude and unnecessary. Aside from that, the front desk staff were great. Everyone greeted me with a smile, the manager Brandon was kind, and Angela always remembered my name, which was a nice touch. Overall, I’d only come back because of the location but I’d rather stay elsewhere.

Fantastic concierge service
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Soleil. What made our trip even more special was the service from the Concierge Jessica. She was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We organised some great activities with her recommendations. She really went above and beyond for us, thank you Jessica! Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.
