Vancouver Gem
Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the financial district of Vancouver. Probably the most service-oriented staff I’ve ever encountered, at check-in/checkout, housekeeping and of course their stellar bistro. The French bistro at this hotel should be a destination eatery no matter where you are staying in Vancouver. Particularly impressed with the front-of-house and ultimately management with the unbelievable responsiveness to a minor inconvenience (parking). It seemed that the entire staff were owners and they goal in life was to deliver service beyond any possible expectation!

Stress free, and comfortable
Location is perfect in the heart of the dt. Staff are friendly, courteous and willing to help ensure you are taken care of. Room was great, bed very comfortable. I have stayed here before, and would definitely return. Bravo!!!!

Beautiful, Kind Staff, Great Environment!
We got in super late and were welcomed by the great staff! The next morning we needed some room service and Andreh came. He realized we had our daughter with us and came back later with a sweet snack, juice, and a little doll made from a towel and a balloon. He was SO KIND. We love it here and we definitely will be back and recommending to everyone.

Lovely hotel excellent staff .Friendly helpful staff easy check in . Rooms are excellent clean and tidy with everything needed .Great location in downtown Vancouver . Excellent hotel really enjoyable stay .I would recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again .
