Exactly what we needed!
First time visiting this lovely hotel and we will be back! We arrived in the morning coming straight from our cruise, and intended to just drop off our bags for storage until the room was ready. To our delight, they were able to accommodate us for check in immediately which was amazing. Our corner suite was spacious and clean. Complementary bottles of water was very nice, along with supplies to make coffee in the morning. Half and half in the fridge was a bonus! All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful!

Great pre-cruise stay
Stayed at the hotel for two nights pre cruise. Was perfect for exploring the city centre and was within walking distance of Canada place. Rooms were a good size and the staff were very friendly

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Toilet did not work 2 days in a row. Nothing was done and management would not respond.

Outstanding Hotel with a Boutique Feel
Spent only 1 night while awaiting a cruise, but wished we had spent another night (or 2!). All members of the staff were just marvelous, the accommodations were top-notch, and the vibe was chic European class. Great location, and a really nice cafe next door rounded out this exceptional, albeit short stay.
