Better than home...
We just stayed in Vancouver at Le Soleil with friends visiting from France. We have stayed here 3-4X. Each time it seems to get better ! The service is outstanding, from the Managers, Varun, Mohammad and Kartik, to the Front Desk people, to the room cleaning people, they are all so professional and courteous. They checked on us several times during our stay to make sure that it was perfect. One of the highlights, of this, and every trip, is dinner at their restaurant, Alouette. Superb dining at a great value. Krista, the Manager, and Paul, our server this trip, were both so gracious and attentive. They explained the menu, specials and wine list. Three of us had the Duck Confit... Home Run !!! Crispy skin but moist and tender meat ! The Kids had the cheeseburger and fries. Wonderful ! I cannot recommend Alouette enough. Can't wait to go back ! Soon !!!

Great staff and hotel
The location is ideal. The feel and vibe of hotel is boutique style. Not a huge downtown hotel. Complementary coffee and water bottles is appreciated. Karina the front desk person was so patient and professional from taking our bags to providing restaurant and tour suggestions. She texted me to inform me of the status of our room while taking in thr sites. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet. I look forward to staying there again.

Great Hotel
Great atmosphere. The rooms were very clean. The service, especially from Mohammad, was excellent. He was very friendly and always helped us plan our activities for the day.

Great Stay
Conveniently located for what we needed. A few blocks to the trolly, cruise piers, and restaurants. The hotel had the amenities that we needed.

Must stay at Hotel in Vancouver
This hotel is luxurious and clean with wonderful staff. Karina at the front desk is welcoming, knowledgeable and so very helpful. Perfect central location for Vancouver city, shops and all the main transport. Highly recommended by two Australian's. Return bookings already made. A+++++++++++++
