Katie is a credit to the hotel
We were visiting from the UK and staying in Vancouver for 4 nights before exploring more of Canada. This was a very comfortable hotel to sleep in after a long haul journey. Very clean hotel and very large rooms we had a double bedroom as well as a separate seating are which is as big as the bedroom. We had breakfast included with our stay which was had at the Alouette bistro which was of good quality. The hotel is in a good location in walking distance to most things 5mins to Canada place, the mall as well as lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets. We also felt safe in this area. What really made our stay memorable was Katie in housekeeping provided excellent customer service. We work in the travel industry ourselves and can spot someone who is great at service and she is a credit to the hotel. She noted our preferences and was always happy and greeted us by name each morning. She noted what time we went for breakfast and ensured she was there to clean the room as we left and for it to be finished upon our return. Her personality really shone and we will remember her from this hotel. Thanks Katie!

Amazing!
The staff were really lovely and gave helpful recommendations to explore the city. We utilized the YWCA next door that comes with the hotel which made the experience much more enjoyable. Jenny, Ron and all the employees were hospitable. The room was also very beautiful and comfortable. 100% would return!

Best Hotel In Vancouver!!
Staff & service are excellent. Location is great also if staying downtown. Best value in Vancouver hands down. The rooms are huge especially the corner suites. Stayed here now about 5 times and will be back in May for my next visit. The staff go above & beyond for their guests. 👍

Exceptional Hotel
We all loved our visit, from the friendly accommodating staff to the clean updated room. I highly recommend them. We visited with another couple and they were equally pleased with the Hotel Le Soleil.

Wonderful hotel with lots of amenities
Wonderful room and hotel centrally located. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant in hotel was great as well. I appreciated the milk in the room fridge for morning coffee and providing a kettle. Would have appreciated some coffee in the lobby during morning. L'occtaine shampoo and conditioner was provided with room robes. Requested an anti slip mat for the shower and it was provided. Secure elevators were a plus!
