Simply the best service. Minor hick up at check in, solved by the front desk manager. Amazing bar service and great Pool staffs. Loved the Polyphone in the room. Housekeeping is phenomenal. Room service staffs were fantastic. Happy to be a regular guess here.

We stayed for a total of 11 nights in April. First room (5 nights) was a regular one but we got upgraded on our return (6 nights), since I'm a Diamond member, to a Stanley Park view suite. Amazing comfort and quiet. And throughout our stay, service from every person we encountered was just brilliant. It's a modern hotel with discreet and elegant furnishings (lots of dark wood finishes) and in a good location for the waterfront and the city centre. We go to Vancouver regularly and on our next visit we will stay here again, no hesitation.

This hotel has everything that you would expect from a Fairmont property and more. Booked a corner suite on the 17th floor and the room was incredible. The views across the city and harbor are fantastic. The staff service all the way around was impeccable. One of our best hotel stays ever.

This 5 Star Hotel lives up to it's reputation for impeccable service and luxury. I stayed in the Olympic Suite. A massive room complete with a dining table and chairs, Livingroom. Spacious bedroom and two full bathrooms. The large balcony provides a stunning view of the harbor and cruise ship terminal. If you want to spoil yourself while visiting Vancouver this is the Hotel for you.

What a fabulous hotel. All the staff are incredibly helpful, kind , polite and friendly. Our suite was beautiful and we loved the iPad by the bed that had everything on it. We could control the curtains and lights on it. We could order room service from it . No need to book a wake up call there is a loud alarm to set on the iPad. The bath with the jets was fabulous. Plenty of towels and hangers and extra if needed. Room service was fast and delicious. The sushi bar in the lobby was absolutely incredible! Fabulous location.
