Loden Hotel Vancouver

I've had the good fortune of staying at many fine hotels around the world. My experience at the Loden was among the best, helped immeasurably by your very able Guest Relations Manager Stanislav Dushin, and ably assisted by a young woman from Barcelona whose name I didn't catch. Organizations are driven top down. The Loden is to be treasured. We loved our corner room, and found the hotel's location perfect for often walkable needs. You must be doing something right. Five stars aren't enough for the Loden Hotel! We stayed in a Terrace Room earlier this month, and it was the perfect setting for both remote work and relaxation. The location is fantastic, just steps from the waterfront and some of Vancouver's best walking routes. The service is truly unmatched. From the moment you arrive, you're treated like family. Small touches such as afternoon refreshments, turndown service, and the pillow menu make every stay feel special. We've found our Vancouver hotel. The Loden is the only place we'll stay from now on!

Our first visit to Vancouver, and we could not have chosen a better hotel. The location is so convenient to dining and shopping. We walked to dinner all 3 nights of our stay. Our room was lovely and so quiet. The gym is well equipped. And the highlight is the staff - all so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was brilliant! We loved every member of the team we met in our 3 days here, the service is impeccable! Would stay here without doubt if we’re ever in Vancouver again! Our corner room was wonderfully sized and bright and I had a bath. Amazingly there was always a lift ready and waiting too. Can’t fault anything.
