Loden Hotel Vancouver

The Loden Hotel is located a short walk from Coal Harbor and Canada Place in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the smaller scale, atmosphere and the welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms were beautifully designed with a sliding panel separating the bathroom from the main bedroom that could be opened up for light and views. We had a small issue with the coffee machine that the Front Desk staff took care of immediately. There were several nice touches including the turn down service. The Tableau restaurant on the ground floor has a wonderful Happy Hour that we enjoyed on our first night with excellent service.

We spent five wonderful days at the Loden, and by the end of our stay, it truly felt like our home away from home. The hotel is exceptionally well located, with spacious, beautifully appointed rooms and a lovely restaurant. But what made the Loden truly exceptional was its caring and attentive staff. Their warm greetings, thoughtful suggestions, and genuine interest in our experiences made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to David, Stanislav, Nils, Sarah, and Catherine for your kindness, warmth, and wonderful hospitality. You made our anniversary stay truly memorable. Whenever we’re in Vancouver, we will be lodging at the Loden.

Best hotel EVER! My husband and I came to visit for the long weekend to celebrate his birthday, and our experience well exceeded our expectations. From the valet, to the cleanliness of the rooms, and the hospitality of the staff, we have never truly experienced such a luxurious stay. I loved the hand written note when we first arrived and the mid day water and snacks. While staying the staff were always engaging with giving us recommendations for the area, and always being sure to ask how our day and stay are going. We love the Loden so much we're already planning our next stay with them again! Highly recommended for anyone looking to get away and be showered in quiet luxury.

I've had the good fortune of staying at many fine hotels around the world. My experience at the Loden was among the best, helped immeasurably by your very able Guest Relations Manager Stanislav Dushin, and ably assisted by a young woman from Barcelona whose name I didn't catch. Organizations are driven top down. The Loden is to be treasured. We loved our corner room, and found the hotel's location perfect for often walkable needs. You must be doing something right.
