Loden Hotel Vancouver

We stayed at the Loden to celebrate our anniversary and to see Vancouver for the first time. From check-in to check-out, the experience was simply wonderful. The hotel staff is clearly focused on the guest experience. We were greeted with a smile each time we entered or left the hotel during our stay, they inquired if we needed any help, recommended options and suggested things we had not considered. They offered to make reservations when we spoke about food and guided us without any pressure. The well-maintained and comfortable bicycles were complimentary and a great touch to allow us to explore Stanley Park and the neighborhood. The room was exceptionally comfortable. All amenities were of high quality and enhanced the experience. We will certainly return to your hotel for my next Vancouver visit.

Wonderful end of a cruise vacation! What a wonderful way to end our cruise to Alaska! The Loden Hotel was spectacular! Very unique, boutique hotel with personal attention to detail. The front desk staff were friendly and provided impeccable service. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone who wants to feel special on their vacation!!.

Niels from France checked us in and was particularly helpful in our introductory visit at the hotel and city of Vancouver. We had rain much of our stay, but Stanislav the guest relations manager saved our last day! His recommendations and the arrangements he made to take a private cab tour on our final day made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much Stanislav! The hotel is very chic and boutique! It had everything in the room that you needed and more! It was very well appointed and located within walking distance of Canada Place and everything you would want. Also, we had the opportunity to meet Irina the VP of the hotel. She is so accommodating and such a nice person and thoughtful. We will be coming back. Such a beautiful city and beautiful caring people!

From the moment we walked in the front door service was impeccable. Definitely five star quality. The room was spectacular with the decor. The fit and finish of the woodwork along with excellent design details throughout the room kept me in constant admiration. Impeccable workmanship with floor to ceiling curtains covering a beautiful oval glass window wall along with all of the amenities you could think of. Including a pillow menu. The restaurant downstairs served lovely food along with excellent cocktails and the waitstaff charming.

Amazing experience at the Loden! This was night 1 of our honeymoon, and the staff looking after us were unbelievable! The room was fantastic and the recommendations from the hotel were great! Thoroughly recommend - the staff go above and beyond!!
