Loden Hotel Vancouver

Our first visit to Vancouver, and we could not have chosen a better hotel. The location is so convenient to dining and shopping. We walked to dinner all 3 nights of our stay. Our room was lovely and so quiet. The gym is well equipped. And the highlight is the staff - all so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was brilliant! We loved every member of the team we met in our 3 days here, the service is impeccable! Would stay here without doubt if we’re ever in Vancouver again! Our corner room was wonderfully sized and bright and I had a bath. Amazingly there was always a lift ready and waiting too. Can’t fault anything.

Stanislav D., the Guest Relations Manager, and the entire Loden Hotel Team were a pleasure to deal with! They care, and made us feel comfortable during our stay. From a smooth check in, help with the luggage, to a number of local suggestions (bicycle tour, food tour, restaurants, walking-map-directions), etc. until we checked out, all our interactions were super nice. The room, it's cleanliness, and all related service were immaculate. We enjoyed our stay, are happy to recommend, and will try to return. Thank you!

The Loden is a great hotel. It is very quiet, and the staff provides an outstanding level of service much, much higher than other hotels. In particular, Sergei was very friendly, easy going yet professional, and we truly appreciate his efforts. Our Parkview room was great, providing an unbelievably good view of the water and surrounding cityscape. The Coal Harbor location was also a plus for us, providing easy access to surrounding neighborhoods via walking, public transit or ride sharing. My only ding on the Loden was that the bed was too soft for my old body, causing me somewhat of an achy back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Lovely, clean quiet hotel, great location, a short walk to waterfront and the shopping streets. We went on a cruise and they happily stored our luggage for the day on our return.
