Excellent hotel with outstanding service.
Excellent hotel with outstanding service. My wife and I have spent the last 70 years (combined), in the hotel business and can honestly say, the service at this hotel is one to be admired. In addition the quality of the hotel construction and design is excellent. We continue to travel for leisure after retiring and will make sure the Loden is our home away from home when visiting Vancouver.

Outstanding Anniversary Stay
The Loden has been our favorite hotel for years. Small, quiet and well located a short walk from Canada Place and the Convention Center, both of which are on the water. Walking distance to Stanley Park. As for the room...we booked a suite for our 50th anniversary and were offered an upgrade to the penthouse for a nominal additional charge. What a treat! The entire 15th floor, with a wrap-around outdoor patio. Very comfortable digs. Food and beverage were top notch. What more can I add? There's a reason why it's our favorite.

Weekend Stay at the Loden Hotel
The service, smiles and responsiveness to our requests was amazing. The quality of the personal care products, towels, sheets and Dyson hairdryer were great. Definitely intending to stay at the Loden Hotel next time we are staying in downtown Vancouver.

Excellent, highly recommend
One of the best hotels I stay at, would highly recommend. Great location, tidy, clean modern rooms. The best part about the hotel is the staff. They all are excellent at their jobs and go out of their way to help you with anything. You are always welcomed with a smile, and nothing is ever a problem.
