Loden Hotel Vancouver

I AI’d searched what were the most romantic hotels in Vancouver to celebrate our 15yr anniversary and the Loden Boutique Hotel came up and so I booked due to its incomparable pricing vs amenities. Complimentary valet parking with complimentary EV charging. From the moment I booked, I had received an email from the concierge asking for any special requests. I had mentioned that we were only coming for one night and celebrating our 15yr anniversary and were wondering if there was any chance we could check in early. The VP responded and happily allowed us to check in at noon. UPGRADED our room. Courtesy call once we entered the room and sent us a bottle of champagne and a lovely note. Even before all the beautiful touches of service and care, my wife deemed the Loden the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Sorry Pacific Rim. Thank you to the wonderful staff for providing us a memorable evening, a moment away from all our children, our hectic and stressful jobs and giving us a little quiet piece of luxury. the loden our favorite hotel in vancouver, we’ve been coming for over 5 years. the biggest thing that stands out to me is the service- they remember us year after year and are so kind and accommodating with our pup, and they always remember his name and leave doggie bowls etc out for him before our arrival! the hotel itself is well decorated and maintained, the rooms are spacious and have great natural light. great amenities like dyson hair dryers and nice toiletries. the location is also wonderful, just a quick walk to the waterfront and to all the shops on robson. we book through our amex fine hotel and resorts benefits which includes $80 breakfast (more than in enough to order a big meal!) and $120 in room credit which you can use at the tableau restaurant and bar downstairs. it’s an excellent restaurant, i highly recommend the happy hour there! overall i can’t recommend the loden enough and look forward to our annual visits to vancouver thanks to their hospitality!

The Loden Hotel was recommended to me by friends living in the West End district of Vancouver. I made my reservation by calling the hotel directly. From my first interaction with Marie, who was fantastically helpful, professional and efficient, all the way thru to check-in to check-out was super smooth and efficient, as was my entire stay. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet section of Coal Harbour and was walking distance to friends, restaurants and shopping. The main highlight of this hotel however is the people. Everyone is genuinely nice and they work exceptionally hard to ensure you have a comfortable stay. No matter how cold or wet the weather was, as soon as I returned through the doors; they will always greeted me with a warm smile which made me feel at home. A huge shout out to Marie, Shane, Alina, Nils, Caroline, Sarah, Samuel, Stanislav and David + anyone who I may have missed. You are a great team and each of you deserve to do well. The room was lovely: spacious, comfortable, and clean. The service was excellent. The only cons were that I could hear the noises from the hallway and the view could have been better (for the price).
