Exceptional Guest Service
We stayed at the Loden on back-to-back weekends recently and wanted to recognize the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by Stanislav Dushin, Guest Relations Manger, on both occasions. He consistently greets us and other guests with a warm smile, goes out of his way to ensure any request is handled seamlessly, and remembers the small details that truly elevate the guest experience. Stanislav is undoubtedly one of the reasons we continue to return as long-time clients.

Superb
We had a great stay here. The staff was excellent across the board, friendly, prompt and professional. We had a cork disintegrate on a wine bottle we brought and they rescued it by bringing us a strainer and decanter. The room we had was clean, quiet, and very pleasant. We will absolutely visit again.

Superb hotel to stay in.
Home away from home. Stay often and it’s always the same, warm, welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are always fantastic, quiet, clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the decor never looks tired. Great location with Stanley Park, Granville Island and the Seabus to North Van all within walking distance. The best part however, are the staff - they’re fantastic, you won’t find a better bunch of people. Thanks again for another great stay, see you next time.

Small, but perfectly formed.
I stay at a lot of hotels through my work travels and the Loden is easily the best hotel I’ve encountered. The staff are professional and genuinely warm and hospitable. The rooms are very well appointed with many small touches that make it feel like a special place to stay. The location is great- an easy walk to the harbour or up to Robson Street. It really feels like a home away from home. 10/10.

Great hotel in central downtown Vancouver
Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We booked a one bedroom suite and a connected double room for a significant family birthday celebration. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and the sea wall. The turndown service and bottle of wine in each room was much appreciated. There is an excellent coffee shop two buildings up. We will no doubt stay again.
