The Loden offers a truly exceptional stay in all regards. The staff is friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The rooms are beautiful, clean, quiet and well-maintained. Housekeeping also does an excellent job. The Tableau restaurant (lower level) is also delicious with friendly and professional staff. Every detail is top-notch from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. We can't wait to return!

Our stay at the Loden Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is outstanding—just a short walk to the waterfront, shopping, and many of Vancouver’s best restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with a contemporary design. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided spectacular views of the downtown skyline, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets the Loden apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help, but Concierge Sarah was especially outstanding. Before and during our stay, she expertly arranged dinner reservations, a memorable whale-watching excursion, a fantastic day trip to Victoria by seaplane, and even a rental car for our drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler, including a stop at beautiful Shannon Falls. Her recommendations and attention to detail made our visit effortless and unforgettable. We would not hesitate to stay at the Loden again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

We stayed at the Loden to celebrate our anniversary and to see Vancouver for the first time. From check-in to check-out, the experience was simply wonderful. The hotel staff is clearly focused on the guest experience. We were greeted with a smile each time we entered or left the hotel during our stay, they inquired if we needed any help, recommended options and suggested things we had not considered. They offered to make reservations when we spoke about food and guided us without any pressure. The well-maintained and comfortable bicycles were complimentary and a great touch to allow us to explore Stanley Park and the neighborhood. The room was exceptionally comfortable. All amenities were of high quality and enhanced the experience. We will certainly return to your hotel for my next Vancouver visit.

Wonderful end of a cruise vacation! What a wonderful way to end our cruise to Alaska! The Loden Hotel was spectacular! Very unique, boutique hotel with personal attention to detail. The front desk staff were friendly and provided impeccable service. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone who wants to feel special on their vacation!!.

Niels from France checked us in and was particularly helpful in our introductory visit at the hotel and city of Vancouver. We had rain much of our stay, but Stanislav the guest relations manager saved our last day! His recommendations and the arrangements he made to take a private cab tour on our final day made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much Stanislav! The hotel is very chic and boutique! It had everything in the room that you needed and more! It was very well appointed and located within walking distance of Canada Place and everything you would want. Also, we had the opportunity to meet Irina the VP of the hotel. She is so accommodating and such a nice person and thoughtful. We will be coming back. Such a beautiful city and beautiful caring people!
