My Heart Is Full.
I wanted to experience being alone in a new city… so I chose downtown Vancouver. I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere for warm, boutique luxury. The room was not only beautiful, spacious but full of pleasant surprise hotel touches… I had an extended stay so although expensive, my rates were more affordable - but worth the extra dollars. Always clean and well attended. Quiet and private … Service is NEXT LEVEL… I would dare say superior service. Having a vision disability, in particular, Caroline, Sarah, Nils & Catharine. Forever grateful for the extra assistance 🤗. Even after I checked out, was able to access a room to shower and freshen up . The best hotel experience EVER.

Exceptional hotel
This hotel is exceptional. The staff are very professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s in a great location, with excellent amenities and they really think about the little touches, which makes all the difference.

Beautiful Hotel, love the Loden
Stylish hotel in a great safe location, only a short stroll to many attractions and shopping. Luxurious appointed rooms with very clean and comfortable bedding. Very warm, friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff, who were only more than happy to share their favourite Vancouver eateries. Look forward to coming to stay again one day…….love this hotel.

Exceptional Guest Service
We stayed at the Loden on back-to-back weekends recently and wanted to recognize the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by Stanislav Dushin, Guest Relations Manger, on both occasions. He consistently greets us and other guests with a warm smile, goes out of his way to ensure any request is handled seamlessly, and remembers the small details that truly elevate the guest experience. Stanislav is undoubtedly one of the reasons we continue to return as long-time clients.
