AMAZING !
Where to begin! From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle to moment we departed for the airport, the experience at Loden Hotel was AMAZING. Afternoon snack with citrus ice water brought to our room, doors always open for us, suggestions for our daily sightseeing, restaurants, coffee etc. We had a minor issue with our television - within minutes it was addressed and fixed. The staff was spectacular, they genuinely wanted our stay to be luxurious and outstanding! Our thanks to all that were on shift to help us throughout; Alina, Catharine, Sarah, Samuel, David, Stanislav, Irina and Nils. You won't regret booking this hotel, a true escape from the everyday.

A wonderful hotel
This is a great boutique hotel in so many ways. The location is quiet and central, close to downtown shopping and seawall walks. The rooms and their bathrooms are generously proportioned and beautifully designed. The decor is warm and contemporary. The attached restaurant, Tableau, has a pleasant ambiance and great food, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are cordial and professional, and anticipate your every requirement. Most are long term and take great pride in taking good care of you. Housekeeping is impeccable. We have stayed at the Loden for more than 12 years each Christmas for a week or more while we visit family, and have sometimes stayed in the summer. We cannot recommend it more highly.

Great stay at the Loden boutique hotel
We really loved our stay at the Loden. The staff were all so warm, friendly, helpful and hospitable. The room and facilities were beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts in the restaurant. The location is excellent. Close to Stanley Park, the seafront and excellent restaurants. We really look forward to staying with you at the Loden again.

Very attentive staff
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The suite was excellent and service was very attentive. Staff were impressive. Definitely our first choice coming to Vancouver in future.
