Weekend Stay at the Loden Hotel
The service, smiles and responsiveness to our requests was amazing. The quality of the personal care products, towels, sheets and Dyson hairdryer were great. Definitely intending to stay at the Loden Hotel next time we are staying in downtown Vancouver.

Excellent, highly recommend
One of the best hotels I stay at, would highly recommend. Great location, tidy, clean modern rooms. The best part about the hotel is the staff. They all are excellent at their jobs and go out of their way to help you with anything. You are always welcomed with a smile, and nothing is ever a problem.

The Best Stay
I travel a lot all around the world for work. The Loden Hotel in Vancouver is by far the best experience of any hotel I have stayed in. The location in coal harbour is perfect. It is just a short walk to many restaurants/bars/shopping etc or the beautiful Vancouver waterfront. Despite this central location the hotel is amazingly quiet and peaceful, you will not rest better anywhere. The absolute standout feature of the Loden is the staff. From being met outside at your transport on arrival, to the front desk team and concierge, every member of staff goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and have an amazing attention to detail. They are a credit to the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend The Loden Hotel to anyone travelling to Vancouver.
