Loden Hotel Vancouver

The best hotel. We stayed 3 nights, received an upgrade to our room to a corner suite with partial views to the water. The check in staff were so friendly, explained everything, were very welcoming. the lifts were prompt, and quite often already open on the ground floor. Breaktast was yummy, and our room was serviced efficiently. Plus, every day treats were left, twice a day. We used the free bikes; they were in great condition. There was personality, service, and care with the hotel. It had a wonderful feel.

I travel a lot and enjoy nice hotels. We booked a suite, and it was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Every staff member went above and beyond to assist us. Service was 6 star. The restaurant, Tableau, was yummy. Ate there several times and had room service. Again, the service was excellent. Everyone was so nice, too!! I did not want to leave.

Beautiful elegant boutique hotel in the city! The service is impecable, every evening they include wine at the lobby area, daily turn down service, food venue is excellent. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and the cleanliness and room amenities including robes, Molton Brown's products, and even a Dyson blower made the experience unique!

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary and had an amazing trip! Hotel was luxurious, well kept and staff were very friendly. We were welcomed with champagne, a hand written note, and chocolates and each day with some treats in our room; small things that made us feel so cared for and to celebrate such a milestone. The room had floor to ceiling windows in the heart of the city and was located in Coal harbor which is a fun spot and close to so many things. They offer complimentary bikes that we scheduled for biking around Stanley park. This became one of the highlights of our trip as the staff had cruiser bikes ready with everything we'd need including water bottles!
