Loden Hotel Vancouver

The Loden is a great hotel. It is very quiet, and the staff provides an outstanding level of service much, much higher than other hotels. In particular, Sergei was very friendly, easy going yet professional, and we truly appreciate his efforts. Our Parkview room was great, providing an unbelievably good view of the water and surrounding cityscape. The Coal Harbor location was also a plus for us, providing easy access to surrounding neighborhoods via walking, public transit or ride sharing. My only ding on the Loden was that the bed was too soft for my old body, causing me somewhat of an achy back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Lovely, clean quiet hotel, great location, a short walk to waterfront and the shopping streets. We went on a cruise and they happily stored our luggage for the day on our return.

The best hotel. We stayed 3 nights, received an upgrade to our room to a corner suite with partial views to the water. The check in staff were so friendly, explained everything, were very welcoming. the lifts were prompt, and quite often already open on the ground floor. Breaktast was yummy, and our room was serviced efficiently. Plus, every day treats were left, twice a day. We used the free bikes; they were in great condition. There was personality, service, and care with the hotel. It had a wonderful feel.

I travel a lot and enjoy nice hotels. We booked a suite, and it was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Every staff member went above and beyond to assist us. Service was 6 star. The restaurant, Tableau, was yummy. Ate there several times and had room service. Again, the service was excellent. Everyone was so nice, too!! I did not want to leave.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the desk clerks at the establishment. Each carries out his/her duty with the utmost respect and care: very professional, yet with genuine kindness.❤️ Thank you so much for your service to this guest.
