We were a return guest at the Loden and they surprised us with a room upgrade to a one bedroom suite. It was lovely! The staff were wonderful and attentive. We will definitely return.

Excellent hotel in a even more excellent location in the heart of DT Vancouver. The hotel itself is fantastic and the staff are outstanding. Rooms are clean, well-kept and organized. There is even a very delicious restaurant right in the lobby of the hotel called Tableau that serves amazing French cuisine. Loden Hotel deserves to be on your list of hotels if you are planning a visit to Vancouver.

We had an overnight before picking up our cruise and had been offered one of the big hotels by the dock. We wanted something more intimate and boutique and WOW did we make a great choice! We were greeted like long lost family and treated to an upgraded room for our special anniversary. The room was absolute luxury, huge and so comfortable. The bed was huge and we slept like logs. We're heading back here for our final night and we're so thrilled we had decided to do this as we can't wait to stay again. We chatted with people on our cruise who had stayed in 'big chain' hotels and (without question) our Vancouver local stay was the envy of everyone. See you again soon, and thanks you Loden!

I will never stay at ANY another hotel again in Vancouver. Always this hotel. This is simply the best. The staff treated us like family. Thank you so much for the kind treatment during our visit to Vancouver for my wife’s birthday weekend. The rooms are very comfortable with every detail taken care of. The beds are perfect. Shower perfect. Decorated elegantly and comfortably. But the real distinction is a kind, graceful, and charming staff who made us feel guided, protected, and welcomed. A big thank you to Matus and Stanislav, who really went so above and beyond for us. We hope to come back soon.

Every aspect of our trip to Vancouver was exceeded and the team at the Loden came though big time. From the front desk staff to the personal note in our room upon arrival and the amazing housekeeping staff, it was a treat and we cant wait to return.
