Fairmount downtown
Excellent hotel Gold experience. Room and amenities were absolutely great. Enjoyed 9th floor guest services, foods, pastries and drinks in a private atmosphere while seeing so much in downtown Vancouver. A must-stay location.

Great Stay
Hotel Vancouver has a perfect location and is a beautiful building. Our room was very comfortable with attractive decor and good amenities. It was very clean and fresh. (The room is very susceptible to hallway noise.) The lounge/dining space is pleasant, features solid morning and evening menus, and staff was efficient and pleasant. A neighbouring room was one night having a bit of a noisy party- it was shut down very quickly by very serious security! Bravo. The fitness area is really well appointed with great new equipment, a fantastic shower/change room and a dry sauna: a great start to my day. A major suggestion from my perspective- I wish there were a "grab and go coffee" available; having to order from regular DRm staff and wait is a real slowdown. One big shoutout is to Diana at the front desk. She made my (very) early check in a breeze. She was so professional, efficient, kind and friendly- what a splendid first impression upon arrival. I hope the Admin. realizes what an asset Diana is. All considered, our stay rates an 8 or 9/10.

Outstanding location and hotel . Very posh in the centre of vancover . All places to.visit are a walk.away. Great hospitality ... ambiance , room size everything was perfect . Highly recommended.

Overall nice hotel
It’s an elegant hotel in an excellent location. It was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were extremely professional and helpful. Having said this, some things were a little outdated or broken. (The internal lock was broken off. The holder of hand held shower head was loose.) Last year we stayed a week at the Pacific Rim and it was kind of perfect, so I’m comparing.

Brilliant!
What a fabulous hotel! Big rooms, high ceiling, large windows. We were luckily enough to have a corner room, so had a dual aspect. The staff were great and the whole stay was a lovely experience. We are Fairmont converts.
