Proper hotel all the staff very attentive nothing to much trouble , Ella and Elly were fantastic can’t praise them enough , Rooms were clean and tidy , coffee machine was good , 12 am check was brilliant as our ship was delayed , and they looked after our luggage while we were out and about , I would defo stop here again . Breakfast buffet had a big choice for being a carnivore and a good choice for the wife who is a veggie . Price is in keeping with the area , the MAC shop next door took a battering from the wife , I like this hotel and that’s why I gave it. 5 ⭐️

Awesome! From the minute we checked in until we checked out. The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean! I would highly recommend this hotel. Diana at the front desk was so helpful, nice and caring. This location is very walkable to any location downtown, you do not need to rent a car

A banged up fridge on a floor dolly and a microwave sitting on a desk. (See below). This is my first time and last time staying at a Fairmont. Went to the front desk and got no satisfaction. They offered to remove the microwave and fridge. $500 per night.

Staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable. Concierge was so helpful, nothing too much trouble, Debbie was brilliant. The hotel building is a chateau style, it’s very grandeur and elegant

This property is a typical Fairmont legacy hotel. Elegant and service forward. We stayed on the Gold Floor, worth all of the additional cost. One negative; the room was a bit small and the bathroom tiny. The staff was outstanding and assisted us with some left behind items in a most exceptional manner. The hotel is in a great location and is a great stay.
