Reviews for Fairmont Hotel Vancouver
We booked here last minute for an evening due to me miscounting the days for girlfriend’s vacation in Vancouver. When we checked in, we were provided key cards to the Gold status room on the 8th floor. What is Gold status? It’s pretty much an extra large suite, that is ultra luxurious with everything you could ask for at a hotel! The best part had to be the shower that could fit two people... and to finish it off? They put my name on the toiletry bottles (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc.). Honestly, this is the first hotel that has done that, and given the 24 hr turnaround time after I booked it, I have to admit that I was very impressed! The room itself is a really a suite and had 2 trays of welcome deserts, tea, and a hand written card from Heather who prepared everything for us. If we needed anything, David from the concierge was ready to help at any time. Aside from that, they provided a complimentary breakfast on the 9th floor which was wonderful. The service here is really top notch. I can’t say enough about the Fairmont Vancouver, their renovations really did it for me esthetically, while their service level was some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Thank you again Heather and David! I will be booking at the Fairmont Vancouver again soon!

Great location. Expensive but very lovely. Old world style hotel. Attentive staff. Loved the lobby dogs! Close to everything. Sea wall walks. Robson Street shopping. Great restaurants nearby. Hospital close.

Room and Food were excellent and definitely up to Fairmont standard, Downtown location every convenient,Taxi service was terrible (5am Sunday) had to wait 30 minutes for one to arrive and then had to share with other guests.

Hotel Vancouver newly renovated. Wonderful stay and would go back again. The location was great for our stay and we enjoyed shopping and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff are pleasant and friendly

spent five days at the Fairmont Vancouver on the gold floor and it was worth every penny. The staff could not do enough for you and there was breakfast included up to 10am on week days, 2-4pm scones and tea, 5-8 appetizer selection was excellent and 8-10pm dessert. the staff were very helpful in assisting on what to see, and the location was perfect. the Art Gallery is just across the street and they have an amazing restaurant.
