Fairmont Waterfront

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise and it was perfect. The hotel is super clean and very conveniently located right next to the cruise port. The absolute highlight was their free luggage transfer service — they’ll take your bags directly from your room to the ship (tip the attendant, they deserve it!). It was SO convenient not to drag everything ourselves. Tons of restaurants and cafes nearby, too. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother start to our trip. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous stay in Vancouver. Paid extra for a Gold room and the experience was well worth it. Highly recommended - if we come back to Vancouver will definitely stay here!

This is an amazing hotel. The customer service is top -notch and the “postcard perfect” view from our room, overlooking the harbor, was incredible. Everyone was so accommodating and seemingly wanted to make your stay as wonderful as possible. They succeeded in doing just that. I will so miss there incredibly comfortable beds! Thank you for a fantastic pre-cruise and post-cruise stay.

We spent one night before a cruise at the Fairmont. Check in late in the evening was quick and the agent was very nice. We had a spacious room with a lovely bed and great linen and the bathroom was adequate. We only had breakfast at that hotel but the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is basically across from the cruise terminal and we could walk there. We would choose that hotel again if we are in Vancouver for a cruise.

In Vancouver for three nights. This place is average at best. Even in their club level which is over sold, too busy and staff a little unhelpful. Generally this hotel is just about cashing in, made one call from my room and charged 11 GBP - scandalous! Would recommend you try do where else- plenty more on offer Lifts not working, massive wait to take luggage down and nearly missed transfer - poor
