Fantastic Staff and Excellent Location
This is a beautiful hotel with a Fabulous location right across the street from Canada Place and a short walk to Gastown. Rooms were very comfortable and the showers are great. An additional perk was room to cruise ship transfer for our bags!The staff here is some of the best we have encountered in many years. Big Congratulations on whoever hired and trains the staff. We will most definitely stay here when we come back to Vancouver.

Lovely stay
We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our trip. The harbor views are absolutely stunning and the rooms are very comfortable. Great location for walking. Our first room had a shower with a wrap around bench that was no nice, now I want one for home. We needed to use the fridge for medication and it was absolutely full of items for sale. During our second stay they automatically brought us a second fridge which was very thoughtful. The restaurant in the lobby was nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel staff can be a little cranky but they seem inundated all day. There was a small snafu with one of our rooms being double booked which was handled very well with a restaurant credit. The cons- the bath products are very heavily scented. They were able to provide alternatives which we were grateful for. If you don't like rose or are scent sensitive, bring your own. Be aware a lot of tour groups and cruisers stay here. The lobby can get crazy and the elevators are worse. If a large group is leaving at the same time, start down early or many elevators will arrive completely full.

Room with a View
We had a brief stay, but very pleasant. Comfortable room with a waterfront view. Breakfast was great - we are the nicest hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had.

Convenient to the terminal
We spent the night before our cruise - and it was an easy walk across the street to the terminal. We did not get in until late but even then the views were beautiful. The room was lovely, and its too bad we did not get to enjoy it more the night before.

The Fairmont Waterfront was excellent! We especially enjoyed the TOP~NOTCH Concierge Department! The whole team was wonderful recommending excellent places for dinner and being so incredibly kind! Thank You!! 😊🩷
