Everything about this hotel was flawless. Personal service and attention to detail was second to none. I arrived at 6:30 in the morning after a 14 hr flight and asked to store my luggage and use a washroom to change out of my airplane clothes. Was I shown a public wash room? Nope, I was provided with a full bathroom on the spa level, stocked with amenities and towels. When I arrived back in the afternoon, my bags had already been taken up to the room. Shortly after arriving in my suite a welcome amenity of bottled water, chocolates and a personal hand written note was delivered and I was also asked if there was anything I would like any assistance with. An excellent restaurant within walking distance was recommended and I mentioned was just going to relax for the afternoon and have a bath. Minutes later the door bell is ringing and it is a delivery of bath salts to add to my bath. The room amenities were fantastic. Premium Nespresso machine with good selection of pods, Dyson hairdryer, clothes steamer and of course, beautiful robe and slippers. Turndown service included, carafe of lemon water, bucket of ice and gourmet cookies/macaroons. This boutique hotel definitely deserves it’s number 1 status in BC. I stayed in an Aura 1 bedroom suite

We had an incredible stay at The Loden Hotel. What blew us away the most was the customer service. Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially Stanislav! Thank you so much for the recommendations and for making our stay special. We had DAILY housekeeping (rarity these days) which technically was twice a day if you count turn down service. Each night they would deliver snacks and a glass carafe of ice-cold lemon water. A cool feature was the pillow service where you can select the firmness and smell of your pillow, delivered right to your door. I felt spoiled here! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the soaking tub and the Dyson hairdryer. We will be back, Loden. Thank you!!

The service, as always, is above and beyond. The staff is what makes the Loden Hotel so special and why we would not stay anywhere else in Vancouver. Stanislov and the rest of the front desk are warm, professional and so fun to interact with. They take great pride in making sure their guests are happy. We’ve stayed here numerous times in the past two years and love each visit. The rooms are spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Although the bathrooms are starting to show some wear and tear, it still feels like a luxury experience with the Dyson hair blower, Nespresso machines and turn down service. We travel frequently and love to stay in smaller, boutique hotels. The Loden Hotel gives that European charm we appreciate and only two hours from our hometown of Seattle. We look forward to returning again soon!

We were a return guest at the Loden and they surprised us with a room upgrade to a one bedroom suite. It was lovely! The staff were wonderful and attentive. We will definitely return.

Excellent hotel in a even more excellent location in the heart of DT Vancouver. The hotel itself is fantastic and the staff are outstanding. Rooms are clean, well-kept and organized. There is even a very delicious restaurant right in the lobby of the hotel called Tableau that serves amazing French cuisine. Loden Hotel deserves to be on your list of hotels if you are planning a visit to Vancouver.
