Beautiful hotel, gardens and location, breakfasts are amazing, staff are professional and knowledgeable

The hotel is conveniently located near a public water taxi drop off. There was one young lady that was not very friendly during both of our interactions with her. She seemed to be put off by our request for a restaurant recommendation and for additional water. However, the rest of the staff were amazing, accommodating, and very friendly. The morning breakfast was outstanding and spread out in three separate rooms ( 5 stars for their service and fantastic quality). The hotel is in a very quiet location with an easy 25 minute walk to St. Mark's and the train station. The room we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed our stay here and very happy with choosing this hotel.

At the start, we were given a king bed but I don’t want to be laying next to my sister who snores and requested a single bed , so they changed the bed to 2 single beds and gave us a complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting for our room to be ready. Everyone are so nice and helpful. They answers all our questions and responded quickly to our request and our needs. I will definitely recommend this hotel .

Beautiful hotel! Top service all around and the rooms were comfortable. A special recognition to Rachel the bartender. Oh my, what fantastic service and quality in her drinks. Even better was her joyful, fun demeanor. Just a wonderful experience at the hotel. It’ll make you sorry to leave.

We had an exceptional stay at the Grand Hotel -Venezia. The staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was done to make sure we had the best of times. Taylan- at the concierge desk was our go - to for advice and was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience. We will be back.
