What an excellent hotel. Each person we met made us feel welcomed. Among the many people we met, Viorica was wonderful.

This is not a 5 start quality hotel! No hot water air doesn’t go lower than 73 degrees - messsaged with concierge about a boat taxi to airport and confirmed no boat in the morning when we were ready to leave - room is very very old.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Sara F., Sara M. and the general manager for the particular attention they gave me throughout my stay. The location is perfect if you want to experience a quieter side of Venice while still being within walking distance of the city centre. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary experience at the glass factory in Murano was an absolute must-do and one of the highlights of my stay. A very special thank you to Emanuele for his warm welcome and genuine kindness it turned into a memorable souvenir from my time in Venice.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Once a palace renovated with Huge opulent rooms. It was the prettiest room I have ever stayed in:) We had a beautiful view of garden (amazing and a lovely place to explore- hidden gems). Canal views also available. Wonderful staff, small beautiful bar & lobby. I would 100% stay there again. Book it, you won't regret it regret it!
