November 2025 I had terrible incident of robbery open my safe box , stolen all my money, all my jewelry, expensive bag , this hotel is far away from 5 star it’s scam!!!!!! , I was told by the police that there were no cameras anywhere In the hotel, and that the hotel dose not check for there employees criminal records. The hotel also has a policy that in an incident of a robbery they are not responsible and will not return anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at NH Collection Palazzo dei Dogi in Venice, and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We had carefully chosen this hotel because it was a very special occasion: it was my partner’s 40th birthday, and I had selected this hotel to surprise him with his first trip to Venice. From the very beginning, the entire team understood the importance of this moment and treated it with incredible care and attention. The hotel prepared beautiful birthday attentions for us, including thoughtful decorations, birthday cards, and special details that were perfectly measured, elegant, and deeply touching. Everything was done with such discretion and sensitivity — it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely attentive, always present when needed, and genuinely caring. They were very, very, very attentive to every detail, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere of the hotel, the professionalism of the team, and the warmth of the service made this celebration unforgettable. Everything — absolutely everything — was perfect. Thanks to the entire team, this birthday trip became a once-in-a-lifetime memory. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in Venice!

Interior architecture and ambience of the hotel was breathtaking. It was also very spacious as compared to most other hotels in Vernice, and the service at the reception and cafe was amazing. Special mention Ariful from the front desk and Elena from the cafe who gave us a wonderful experience in terms of their "go the extra mile" service during our stay.

Fabulous staff, beautiful historic hotel in a residential quarter of Venice We had the most amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Palazzo Del Dogi. The hotel is extremely comfortable and stylish. It’s situated in a quiet residential quarter of Venice, where it’s easy to walk to many local restaurants and cafes. The staff are so kind! The breakfast team- Elena, Takani and Maria- were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a special mousse cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The breakfast buffet is exceptional! In fact, the staff at the hotel also gave us a card and bottle of prosecco to celebrate, ensuring that our stay was extra special! We will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it too highly. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and special!

During our stay, the staff were kind, attentive, and truly pleasant. The hotel’s decoration is very elegant and harmonious, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room was fully equipped and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. A special mention goes to Elena Tahani, one of the breakfast staff members, who is an incredibly warm, caring, and sweet person. We hope to return soon to this amazing and historic hotel.
