I am really delighted to have found this hotel - it ticks lots of boxes - great location right by the Accademia bridge (and vaporetto stop|) to cross the Grand Canal - check the map - there arent many! It is a great area - you are next to the Accademia Gallery so you are pretty central but also in a real area - you can see children going to school in the morning just across the way and then there is the wonderful hotel itself - Art Deco style and fittings with amazing attention to detail and making you feel special. I expected Hercule Poirot to come through the door at any moment and then there is the staff ... a key point as they are really helpful, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble - I should also add that there is a lovely breakfast. No wonder I am going back!

Location: absolutely perfect!! This cozy hotel is located 2min from the boat stop Zattere (with access to Alilaguna blue line to and from airport - 1h40min trip) and 3min from the boat stop Accademia (boats up and down Grand Canal). There are tons of small bars and restaurants in the area too (for example Al Bottegon and Corner Pub). Since the hotel is slightly off the beaten path, the nights were very quiet and nothing could be heard from outside. There are no rooms on the ground floor and only about 30 rooms in total in the hotel. Room: very spacious and spotlessly clean! We booked the Double Delux room. The ceilings are super high. There are shades on the outside of the windows which keep the room very dark even during the day (nice feature if you want like to sleep in). The bathroom was, like the living area and bed room, very clean! Personally we found the matress to be too hard. Also, if you're taller than 180cm, avoid room 12 as the bed has a "footboard" at the end of the bed. There is a tea kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine on every floor (3 floors in total) Breakfast: SO good. The selection and quality of fruit was fantastic! About 10 different sorts to chose from. Besides 4 different sorts of cereal there is yoghurt, bread, cold cuts and cheese, eggs, mozzarella and tomatoes, daily cakes that change and pastries etc. The hot chocolate is to die for too. Oh, and there's always a bottle of chilled Prosecco open. There are tables inside but also outside right in front of the hotel, which is also where people walk by. Staff: very polite and helpful. They will help you with anything you need and are open for all questions. Use their knowledge! I would most definitely stay here again. There's a steam bath on the too floor (didn't use it but looked nice) and there are also 4 lounge chairs on the top of the building, surrounded by plants and flowers. Great place to catch the last sunrays and relax.

What a great Location off the beaten path in Venice. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get away from the flow quick. Right between ACADEMIA and ZATTERE on Dorsoduro. Great ambience (loved the Roof garden), very nice rooms (two stays before and after the cruise). Got an upgrade upon our return and were surprised with a bottle of Prosecco at night (which was actually our wedding anniversay). We very much enjoyed the Restaurant and the great smooth jazz Music, which was on offer and the staff (sen. Franco) were great and very helpful.

Absolutely loved our one night stay there! Very helpful staff, clean & elegant room and a super location. Breakfast was awesome too. I'd stay at this boutique hotel again. It's easy to get to by water taxi from the airport.

We stayed at the Ca' Pisano for 4 nights over my husband's birthday and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very close to the Accademia bridge - we didn't realise how important this would be for getting around the city, and is all decorated in Art Deco style, with some lovely pictures and furniture. The room was a good size and immaculately clean and the bathroom was well-equipped, if a little small. Tea and coffee are provided on the landings, and bath robes kindly provided for venturing forth to make the morning cup of tea! The buffet breakfasts were superb with lots of fresh fruit and the freshest rolls and croissants. The staff were delightful and couldn't be more helpful, booking us tables for dinner, etc. They also, unprompted, gave us a bottle of Prosecco for my husband's birthday, having seen his cards in the room! Thank you so much!
