Situated in a quiet part of Venice but close to ponte dell'Academia to cross the Grande Canal. Asked about a good place to eat, hotel gave an excellent recommendation. Also have information about how to avoid crowds. Room well appointed and clean.

This is a beautifully designed Art Deco hotel down to the smallest details. The staff were welcoming, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good side view down to the Grand Canal. There is also a small roof terrace with great views. The street is pretty, treelined and relatively quiet. Most importantly it is in a brilliant location. It is very close to vaporetto stops Academia and Zattere and the pier for departures to the airport. It is near both the Academia museum and the Peggy Guggenheim and not far to walk into St Marks across the Academia bridge. It is both central and a bit out of the way of the crowds. The whole experience of staying there was absolutely delightful and we will most certainly choose this hotel again when we are next in Venice.

Great location, excellent staff and facilities. Good choice at breakfast, however make sure you ask for espresso etc at breakfast as the default coffee tastes a lot like instant! The Junior suite needed a small table / sofa to make more of the space

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst we wandered the streets of Venice. The staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel is cosy and very comfortable, and it is a great location. My daughter was a huge fab of the excellent buffet breakfast. Couldn't really ask for more.
