Just spent 4 nights in this hotel for my husbands birthday. We have stayed many times in Venice and this was the best hotel yet. The room was excellent as was the breakfast. However what made it special was the welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always made sure we wanted for nothing. We will definitely book again the next time we come to Venice.

We had an excellent few days staying at the hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary. Hotel is in a great location, easy to find and close to many if the sights. Inside the hotel is spotless, our room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff were all welcoming and friendly and the breakfast excellent. We were delighted with our hotel choice and would recommend strongly.

With so many hotels on offer, it was difficult to choose. Ca' Pisani appealed with it's modern art deco decor & it's location, & it didn't disappoint. Some hotels have boat access to the door. Although Ca' Pisani doesn't, it's on a short & beautiful street between 2 piers. Far enough away from the main (& overpriced) hustle & bustle, but close enough to get there with a short & very pleasant walk. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening walks back across the Ponte dell'Accademia. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was large & kept spotless. Saving money by not choosing somewhere with a view over the canal was fine. Our room (11) looked over a small courtyard. It was quiet & electric shutters kept it dark when sleeping on the nice firm bed. Breakfasts had a good selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cake, cheese, ham, tomatoes, pastries, fruit juices, tea & coffee & prosecco. My favourite item was fresh honeycomb & juicer to make your own freshly squeezed blood orange juice. There was some bread, rolls, a toaster, & cooked egg & bacon too. We didn't eat in the restaurant otherwise, but there's 15% off for guests if you do. The hotel has a small roof terrace, & a complimentary steam room that must be reserved and used between 08:00-20:00. The jet bubble bath in the room suits nicely otherwise. Also complimentary was a private taxi (1 way) to Murano and complimentary entry into Mazzega glass factory to see the glass being made. Downsides were that coffee & tea making facilities weren't in the room, but shared in the corridor. This didn't bother us though. The air conditioning /heating didn't seem to be working, nor a music control panel. As we didn't need these & I assume they may be seasonal, I wasn't bothered. I'd definitely consider using Ca' Pisani for a return visit. Thank you.

Location, decor, service: really excellent. And a wonderful welcome (in the rain, at 2 am!). Bedding was first-class also; attention to detail through-out. Room 9 was quite nice for us. We highly recommend this hotel, and if ever in Venice again we will most certainly stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ca' Pisani Hotel. If you have a love of anything Art Deco, then this place is a joy. It's not the reason we booked the hotel, but it was a really cool bonus. We just had a standard room - there was 2 of us and plenty of room. An entry area with a wardrobe which could be closed off to the bedroom and the bathroom was much bigger than what we have at home. People have mentioned hard beds, but we found them really comfortable. They were firm, but fine! In fact, now pricing up firm mattress to have now we are home.. totally sorted my back out! The room was a little warm for our liking, but we just opened the window. We had it open all night, and yes we could hear outside noise, but it didn't bother us. The sound of laughing Italians certainly isn't the worst in the world! Breakfast was great and set up us for the day. Plenty of options - fruits, bread cheeses, meats, cereals, yoghurts, a juicer, scrambled eggs/bacon... Location really could not have been better. So close to everything. After taking in the main sights, we ended up spending more time in Dorsoduro. Its completely charming, authentic and so many art galleries to inspire. What a neighborhood. The hotel is is super easy to get to from either the Accademia or Zattere - a few minutes, all flat. Staff were all lovely, particularly the breakfast staff. Hurts my heart a little to be sitting here writing this in the grey, wet UK, when just a few days ago we were soaking up the sunshine as we walked EVERY single lane in Venice. What a city. We shall return, and when we do, we will stay at Ca' Pisani Hotel. There is a little pasta shop across from the hotel that does snacks. We called in for a beer and some arancini balls to get us through to dinner... worth popping in!
