Great hotel, tasteful design, great staff and easy to access. We like staying in the Accademia area, as it is not as busy as San Marco. Ca Pisani is our favorite hotel. It is easy to reach from either the Vaporetto stop Zattera or Accademia.

My partner surprised me with a trip to Venice for my 50th Birthday. Ca’ Piscani was the luxury boutique hotel that he had chosen, and what a fantastic choice it was. A perfect location as the hotel is a one minute walk from Accademia Bridge and close to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Salute. This made walking everywhere achievable and also being so central meant we could stop off during the day to drop off bags of shopping. On arrival at the hotel, the staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. We had a suite, which was a complimentary upgrade – thank you so much! The windows overlooked the pretty street over the front of the hotel. There was a busker playing the accordion and a beautiful row of olive trees, giving a lively, bustling feel to the street. The suite was over two floors with the large, comfortable bed on a mezzanine floor with a walk-in wardrobe. If you have the option of booking a suite, it really was spacious and extremely comfortable and one we would consider for a return trip. Downstairs in the room was a seating area and the bathroom, all good spaces to relax and very spacious. Breakfast was served in the restaurant close to reception. A good selection of cooked and continental breakfasts with the juicing machine so you were able to squeeze either oranges or grapefruits, such a lovely touch. Again, the waiting staff were attentive, helpful and extremely friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone who is looking for a touch of luxury in a very central location in the Dorsodura area of Vencie.

The staff was outstanding. They took care of us from the moment we arrived. They provided helpful shopping tips, arranged for our dinner reservations, and cheerfully answered all of our questions about the city. Our room was very comfortable and surprisingly large (room 23). The coffee and tea in the hallway were a nice touch. The WiFi worked as expected. The breakfast selection decent and well-stocked. The hotel location was perfect in our opinion. It was situated in a quieter part of town, but close enough to everything -- just a short walk from the mayhem in the center.

Ca' Pisani Hotel is located just off the beaten track and in a great spot for accessing everything in Venice without being overwhelmed by the heart of the 'touristy' area. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room was dark, maybe even dingy, and required an engineering degree to figure out the light switch configuration. The overall facility to me seemed like one of those "this would have been such a cool hotel 20 years ago", with its yesterday chic-retro bohemian vibe going on. Lots of charm, but feeling a bit tired and run down. The most disappointing bit of our stay was the breakfast which was OK, but nothing special, in spite of the variety. We stayed four nights and while it wasn't unpleasant, it could have been so much better. Time for a freshen up.

Great stay - come back again - location excellent - close to the Guggi and nice restaurants & bars just around the corner - very authentic staff and beautiful architecture complete the picture - would say one of the best design hotels!
