Everything is right about Ca'Pisani. From the design, to the service, the rooms, the attention to detail, the location of the hotel and ease with arrivals and departure - ALL AMAZING. We met the owner, Marianna who invited us to a happy hour and chatted with everyone equally, charming, elegant and so classy. Breakfasts were lovely, the cocktails were great - the front of house was helpful with destinations, dinner reservations, getting us to the airport, pointing out interesting places beyond the standard tourist must-sees... I CANNOT BEGIN to describe our magical, elegant, wonderful three days here. LOVED IT.

Very comfortable, great location, friendly staff, fine breakfast. Away from the madness at St. Marks, but within an easy walk of many attractions. Great sense of design inside and outside the rooms. What more is there to life?

Wow! What a fantastic hotel! We could not have been happier with our choice to stay at Ca' Pisani. I was concerned when booking that the hotel did not face a canal, only to be delighted with the ultra convenient and beautiful location. Steps from the water bus in a delightful neighborhood, the Ca' Pisani was a haven in a very busy and crowded Venice with plenty of amazing restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel itself is beautiful, no doubt about it. Wonderful art, furniture and special touches throughout. Our room was spacious, airy and immaculate. The breakfast was abundant and looked delicious. Drinks are always available and we enjoyed the rooftop garden both nights we were there. What puts Ca' Pisani in a class by itself though, in our opinion, was the warm, personal service provided. We met the owner during happy hour and thoroughly enjoyed listening to some of the history she shared with us about this family business . Her nephew even came by to talk Footballl (soccer to us) with other guests! But here is the best part....after a long night in the Cannaregio that included a tourist trap restaurant, a redeeming pizza & lots of wine, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the television. (I know, I know...) We called the front desk and within seconds, a lovely gentleman was there to solve our first world problems. No judgment, no attitude, he just graciously came and went, allowing us to rest in our luxurious room. Thanks, Mister, you really saved the night! Ca' Pisani is a very special place, you will not be disappointed!
