For people in no need of excess and luxury, know they way around Venice, yet appreciate great service, a perfect place to stay! Between two vaporetto stations, right behind Academia, but off the busy paths.

For the second time we had a very nice, comfortable and friendly stay at Ca' Pisani Design Hotel during the Venice Art Biennale. Reception and concierge staff are very helpful to accommodate customers (directions, watertaxi's, restaurants). Apero time is like coming home after visiting the numerous Biennale exhibitions. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Well furnished airconditioned rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend this boutique hotel, far from the madding crowd.

We enjoyed staying at ca'pisani hotel. The staff was helpful upon check-in, the rooms clean, and the breakfast great. Staff made reservations for dinner and recommendations for sight seeing attractions. The hotel location was perfect - 15 minute walk to San Marco square, and very close to water taxi. Highly recommend.

Hotel on tree-lined street around the corner of a very busy tourist area . Decor takes the theme of fish and boat, very tastfully designed and in impeccable condition. The concierge is extremely helpful , made our visit to Venice smooth and enjoyable end to end. Breakfast uses very fresh ingredients , freshly squeeze your own orange juice with an Alessi juicer. Our duplex room has a well- maintained internal glass staircase leading to the bedroom. Overall, very private, comfortable , different .

Very clean, air conditioned. Quiet yet busy street with delicious breakfast included. Accordion player down the street during the day. Clean neat room with jacuzzi tub (enjoyed after a full day of walking the town). Walking distance to San Marco and Rialto. Helpful concierge reception.
