We were very happy with the hotel and the services.the breakfast was not very good.the croissants finished at 10.00am.also the hot choc was bad. The hotel rooms were big and awesome. The ambience overall was good.

Large room with modern touches. No problem there. It's the front desk people who can make or break the success of The Hotel. The worst is that male staff member who seemed completely uninterested in answering/helping hotel guests. The female member was so much nicer and helpful. I would give the facility. 4-star rating, but only 1 for service. Hence, an overall rating of 2-star.

Great location between St. Marco and Rialto. Near to all major interesting places in Venice. Hotel with convenient entrance from water taxi. Very clean and comfortable rooms with mini bar. Breakfast at La Terrazza was good but the food presentation and service should be improved. Poor gym facilities.

Stayed with family of 5 in two rooms incl breakfast. Location cannot be better. Right in the middle of Venice within minutes walk to major attractions. Rooms very specious and modern with air condition. Breakfast was great. Bottom line - highly recommended and would come again.

Walking down the lanes of Venice to the hotel, didn't expect such a lovely hotel. Big room & bathroom, nicely done up. Friendly housekeeping staff, always greeting with a smile on their face. Stayed here for 3 nights & enjoyed ourselves. Very central & nice restaurants right beside the hotel too.
