The room was modern. Situated right on a canal. We stepped into a water taxi from the lobby to go to the airport. The hotel is centrally located near piazza San Marco. The breakfast was excellent with variety

Really neat place between Rialto bridge and San Marco square. The rooms are nice. Bed is cosy. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite. Great! Breakfast was the best I’ve gotten in Italy so far! There is a great simple little restaurant around the corner. Just ask the concierge.

Ok 5/5 for the cleaning staff(twice a day!!!).5/5 to the receptionist alessandro. 5/5 location .Rooms need restyling and are small 2.5/5.The breakfast room, the quality of breakfast and the behavior in there -1/5.(the receptionist asked us if we wished to have a breakfast bag due to early departure and the lady in breakfast told as rudely “who told you that , you can’t take food out of the hotel”.) simply ridiculous!!!!!decide which is your policy!!we left Venice angry due to that lady. The “precious breakfast” is really bad you can eat it by yourselves. PS we have paid for that breakfast ...lady.We felt like b egging for food.bonvecchiati arrivederci. No excuses needed. alessandro. This is lovely hotel. 2 minutes walk to St Marcs square and not much more to Rialto bridge. Staff are nice and it’s the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in a hotel where the maids offer to prepare your room for the evening - nice touch. Didn’t have dinner here as wanted to explore other restaurants but the breakfast was great - lots of choice. We had a deluxe room - smallish but nice and actually all you need, after all you’re out most of the time. Plan to visit Venice again soon and will definitely book this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay. Stuart and Lucy.

We just returned from our stay in this hotel, originally we stayed in Mestre for the first night ( awful place Mestre DONT GO THERE) So we changed hotels to this one We arrived on Saturday early the room wasn’t ready so we left bags and went out to Venice, The hotel once in the room was lovely The staff are friendly, the breakfast was nice The location of hotel is brilliant 5 mins from main square and all shops, The room wasn’t massive but had everything you need, done out well and comfy bed, room was always cleaned and beds turned down, the spa in the hotel was nice the only thing I would say is that you should be looked to goto the spa and use the facilities when you like, Not book in, but saying that onece We went in the jacuzzi was lovely and steam was boiling. Pretty sad to leave and come back home Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice
