Maison Venezia UNA Esperienze

The staff at this hotel was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. They also had an afternoon tea from 3 to 5 pm that was really appreciated after touring. Their handicapped facilities were excellent and built into the room. Especially the walkin shower with a built-in bench that was easy to use and well placed. The bed was very comfortable and their was no outside noise.

Hidden gem in Venice

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

This is a small, hidden gem in Venice. Lovely, immaculately clean hotel with spacious rooms. Excellent central location on a quiet street. A small breakfast room off the lobby. The water taxis and bus are a short walk away, as are an abundance of restaurants and other amenities. You won’t regret staying here.

Simply spectacular gem with character

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 months ago

WOW WOW from the moment we arrived this hotel is a hidden gem in Venice’s beautiful residential Cannaregio district. It’s the details - stunning bathrobes for the whole family with slippers. Toiletries that you actually want to use. 2 bedrooms that are simply luxe and truly characteristic of Venice and it’s gothic style. From 3pm to 9pm all you can eat pastries, coffee, tea and juices for the e my ire family and breakfast is included and simply delicious. Staff very helpful Note - from airport Macro Polo you can buy a Water Taxi ticket per person for €13 in each direction and walk less than 8 minutes to hotel. We enjoyed this option over a private transfer of €140 for 4 one way. We even had luggage but easy to manage over cobblestones. Simply a gem not to be missed and well worth the value. Beautiful views and balcony from room was heavenly.

Neda and hotel Una 5 stars

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 months ago

Neda. The receptionist who look after us was exceptional. She was kind and informative and knowledgeable. She thought us a few tricks whilst staying in Venice. Her recommendation for places to visit were spot on. Food in Venice is good and gondolas and canals and waterways are scenic and enjoyable. Happy hours at hotel Una is good and we loved our stay. Thank you Neda. You were most helpful and we are very grateful.

A good choice for Venice

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 months ago

We enjoyed the hotel. What’s good: location was away from the high traffic area, but was convenient. The staff (all but one) were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast area. Clean and quiet What’s bad: The Wi-Fi was poor, working best in the lobby, not in the room; our room had limited surfaces to store anything, so we were constantly living out of our suitcases. The woman in the breakfast room had a bad attitude insisting that we make a reservation for the next day (we didn’t know when we were getting up) and telling us we couldn’t eat breakfast even though less than half of the tables were occupied.
