Excellent hotel to stay in the center of the Malecon. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing. Housekeeping impeccable. Jose Manzo was a tremendous support with local knowledge and a wonderful hotel van driver for me and my team traveling back and forth to the shipyard. The other drivers and bell hops were equally as supportive, always helpful and always happy to assist.

All the Staff was very friendly. Specially Rosanna, Miguel, Rodrigo and Omar 😊 Can speak very good English. Food was great. Rooms were very nice and clean. This was my second visit to this hotel. I will definitely stay there in future. Keep it up.

The staff of this hotel go above and beyond anything you could ever expect. The hospitality is on an entirely different level than anywhere else I've ever been. Jose is my main point of contact when I'm down here for work. He checks in and makes sure my coworkers and I are well taken care of and if there is anything at all we need. He'll be at the airport waiting for us when we land, I genuinely can't express how refreshing it is to know how well we will be taken care of when we arrive. This is the level of hospitality and professionalism that this hotel has offered every single time I have been here.

The hotel is very nice , and the staff offers outstanding service !! For a long business trip I would highly recommend the emporio. José -Omar- Oaviel is very helpful to My business partners and myself. He made getting around the city much better , and his very helpful tips on where and what to see were invaluable to us!! Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Anything I needed, from a ride to and from the airport to a translator to help me order food José Manzonhas my back. He even helped me get a Covid test to get back to the states. Absolutely amazing staff, beautiful hotel, indoor and outdoor pool and a very nice bar.
