The architecture is breathtaking, rooms are very nice and clean, view is amazing on both sides of the hotel. We were on mountain side and we really enjoyed it. The spa is not a classical spa, the saunas are not heated enough, i barely sweated in the dry sauna, and usually you end up dripping. Ths special showers are really cool. The sauna wlrokm is closed between 11am to 4pm, which is odd and really annoying. I worked in a traditional spa and i never heard of a need to keep the saunas working for less than 8h per day, as the hotel mentions in its website. The indoor pool has music underwater which is really relaxing, but this pool has way too much chlorine, my eyes burned all afternoon after swimming in it. Outside pool is the best, we basically spent our whole week there, nice temperature, beautiful view. Breakfast is very nice, and the view is stunning. For the lunch we would have liked to have laid back option we could pick up at the bar, but the bar only offers sweets, and only during the day (nothing offered at night). The kitchen closes at 9h30, so forget about room meals at night. There is a pizza place near by, but it closes at 4pm!!! So for supper, be prepared to eat at the hotel restaurant some pricey meals, or go for a 20min+ drive. Its nice for 1-2 nights but not realistic if you stay longer, (we stayed 1 week, would have been wonderfull to have a little bistro menu throughout all the day and night). The massages are really good, worth it. The bar has no ambiance, lights are really intense at night, no music, and the storage room is wide open, right beside the lounge tables. We went only once to thd bar and never went back. Overall nice stay, but they were definitely a couple annoying things when you are there for more than 1-2 days, that they should try to fix because not expected in this kind of high end hotel. I would return, but not for 1 week.

This hotel is set in a grand landscape with breathtaking views- The decor is infused with crystals accents which are very special against the scenic backdrop If you pay in advance you receive a 30% discount which I highly recommend. We prefer the Mountain View side. The rooms are well appointed and have a nice bathroom. Seperate tub and sitting area looks out floor to ceiling windows. The bed is not the most confortable as it is soft and we prefer a firmer rest. I would appreciate a magnifying mirror in the bathroom šŸ˜ The Spa area is great with pools and a hot tub as well asmultiple saunas and steam rooms included in your stay. However the hours are limited - it is closed from 11am to 4pm to accommodate the paid services . If you want to book a service do it well in advance as the spots fill quickly. The gym is nothing special and the equipment is outdated and older but they have free weights. The Peakfine restaurant is excellent and have a nice selection A wonderful buffet breakfast is included with the room. The Barrique and Java Coffee Bar and wine lounge advertises new menu options in the welcome letter However the kitchen is currently closed due to renovation. If you are traveling for too far, a two night stay is plenty. Just because it is a bit isolated and you may get bored. The town of Vernon is nearby and charming if you want a little trip into town. There are also some great wineries nearby for tasting as well as more spectacular views.

An amazing spa on the top of Predator Ridge, the views are breathtaking. The spa including the treatments, the pools and saunas were first class. The room was lovely and the staff were great. The only drawback is the food. The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was fine but the other meals were two star at 5 star prices. If you have a car, go elsewhere for your meals. Unfortunately if you have flown in and taken the shuttle you are stuck,

Visited for the 4th time. The food is a true gourmet treat. The views excellent. The rooms beautifully appointed, quality throughout. The pools and spa simply world class. Bob - the window and crystal cleaner is a professional and a master at this job. Special thanks to Bob for the cleaning tips and information that we have now implemented in our own business. We will be back next winter with our own corporate retreat - again.
