Beautiful resort on pretty grounds. We stayed for 1 night in July to celebrate a birthday. Our room was amazing with incredible views! Staff was extremely good and we enjoyed a day at the spa. We would return and we do recommend a stay here. Although if you don't golf or have a rental car, activities are limited.

My sister, best friend and I decided to stay here on our 2nd annual girls trip to BC.. decided to splurge and treat ourselves to a spa weekend instead of staying an extra 2 nights in Kelowna. Check in - was quick and easy.. loved the free valet parking.. but was very surprised we had to bring our own bags in from the car to our room (not that we arent ok with that .. but for the price we were paying for a night.. we just assumed they would?) Room - We got the option with the 2 queen beds facing the golf course. what a beautiful room. We already knew about the no privacy for the shower from looking at the hotel photos of the rooms, so that wasn't a surprise to us. We just respected each others space. The hotel made sure we had 3 of everything (bath robe, slippers, soaps, make up remover, water bottle, etc.) so that was nice. There is a tablet in the room that has all of the hotels information. We did look through it a couple of times. The tablet could be more user friendly as some links wouldn't work or would make you start from the beginning when looking at the menus. I dont know if its posted on the app; but it would be helpful to point out where the spa elevator is located. Java Cafe & Wine Bar - we had drinks and dinner there Friday. Tried the chicken sandwich, ham & cheese flat bread & beef dip. Beef dip was meh, way more bun than meat. Other two were ok. Typical "Cafe" food and typical "resort" prices for drinks lol Spa - Well! This was awesome. We loved that spa attire was robes or work out clothing. We investigated the whole area before going to the pool. Tea room had 2 lovely teas to select from. Serenity room was very quiet and soothing. Both rooms had amazing views!. Outdoor pool was perfect temperature. Very bright in the late afternoon/ evening so bring your sunglasses! We tried all the saunas/steam rooms also. Loved the variety. The only issue with the outdoor pool was that people were reserving pool chairs (with their towel or robe) and not returning for hours on end. I was reading between spa appointments and there was a section of towelled chairs that didn't have someone return to within a 2 hour span. (the amount of people in the pools vs chairs was quite different) I would think there should be some way to monitor this? We all booked a spa day on Saturday and everything ran smoothly. The girls got pedicures / manicure and a hot stone massage. I got the fango, a basic facial. Both were amazing. The relaxation massage was just ok. A lot of oil was used and made my back feel like a slip n slide during the massage lol We booked dinner at the Peakfine restaurant for Saturday evening. Had the huckleberry ravioli (asked them to add a 3rd one as there were three of us and it only came with 2) and it was simply delicious! Also had the beef carpaccio .. it was very chewy and over loaded with flavors. For the price point of both appies, we were disappointed with the quantity received. Also we would suggest using bread for the beef instead of the salted chip. Two of us ordered the lamb and the other ordered the duck leg. The meals were delicious. Check out - Complete gong show. The only saving grace was the valet came around grabbing keys to get the vehicles up. Believe we were in line over 20 min to check out and ensure everything was properly charged to the room. The valet even put water in our vehicle for us, so that was nice. I would also suggest adding a water table to the reception area so that people could have a glass of your refreshing water while waiting to check in or out. Overall - an amazing weekend. We were relaxed and spoiled ourselves and that is exactly what we wanted. Would come back again.

My husband and I brought our pup with us to stay and we got a room that opened up to the ground level. My dog loved it here, lots of trails nearby. Although there was no view, it was still a beautiful room. I was told all the rooms had the exact same layout, only variables were how many beds were in a room so if the view is not important, the ground level floors are a great bargain. The facility was beautiful. We had so much fun in the steam rooms, sauna, cold room, and both the pools. I could have floated all day. Staff were great. I would have loved to see better dishes at the restaurant and 24 hour room service since this resort is so far out of the way. The restaurant was okay but it closed late. The dishes were ok. We both ordered 3 courses and drinks, we felt that the food could be better. The spa was so so, it would have be great to have RMTs for the sports treatments.

Facility is nice. Love the infinity pool and serenity room. Love the room. But service is terrible except for the valet crew. The valet crew are the only ones that seemed to be helpful and welcoming. The front desk doesn't seem to be forthcoming with solutions. Spa closes at 10pm and for people who are hungry after they are out of luck. For some reason, the resort has chosen to close all its restaurants AND room service by 9:30. To get ANYTHING to eat after the spa closes means a 25 min drive into Vernon. Voicing this concern to the front desk just fell on deaf ears. They all were very good at telling us their policies but none were really prepared to give a solution. I understand policies are important...we were simply looking for any ideas from them, but got none. Bring snacks! Spa appointment was made but for changed. Upon my arrival, I sat there for 30 min before I was finally informed of the change. Real lack of communication. At check out I discussed my concerns with the front end asst mgr...he was very apologetic and did a great job listening

Visited with my adult children for a way to re-connect. Can't wait to return someday! So relaxing. Excellent, friendly service from every staff member we encountered. This place definitely has a winning combination of amenities.
