Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa

Costa d Este is a wonderful resort. The staff is extremely attentive. The resort is not large but has all the amenities we could have wanted for our stay. The location is on a beautiful stretch of beach. During our stay the weather was a little cooler, but we spent our mornings exploring the little boutique shops and restaurants located directly across the street from the resort. We have stayed here multiple times and hope to return again.

Our vacation week at the Costa d’ Este was wonderful. We enjoyed the fabulous restaurant, cabana bar and beach service. All of the staff were extremely courteous and professional. Genesis checked us in and out of the hotel and her service was outstanding. I highly recommend staying at the Costa d’ Este your next vacation.

My first massage ever! Lynda was my therapist, and she did an excellent job- very professional and very thorough. She hit all the right sore spots! Would recommend her highly!

Stayed at Costa d'Este for my uncle's wedding. Very clean, nice place. Grounds were well-kept, and the pool / hot tub were very nice. Enjoyed the poolside bar in the evening. Staff was mostly exceptional. Anne at the front desk was wonderful - friendly and accommodating. Valet and restaurant staff were excellent. The only gripe I had was that, given the festivities, we needed towels refreshed during the day, and I had to ask three times before it was done. It wasn't until I asked Anne that it got done, and even then they were just thrown on the dresser rather than placed in the bathroom. This is a nice, classy place...I expect better service with something like this. It's not a Motel 6 or a Super 8!!! Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would stay again.

What a disappointment! We paid over $500 for room that overlooked dumpsters and the seedy, moldy building next door. Cleanliness & maintenance could be much improved for a “luxury hotel” In addition, the fridge in the room was non functional. Room svc. food was mediocre for the exorbitant prices they charge. The place is loud, poorly run by inexperienced managers who would not take any responsibility for issues. Gloria & Emilio would be mortified. We will add photos soon, but agree with previous review that this place falls far short in a lot of areas. Unless you are willing to part with a large sum of money for an inadequate experience, please reserve elsewhere. We don’t write reviews online, but we were so appalled that we felt others should know.
