Resort hotel? View from our room, working truck, contractors passing by and containers. Could have stayed at a chain hotel for 1/3 cost and actually keep the blinds open. Disappointing,

Our first trip to Vero Beach and this fabulous gem of a hotel. All the style and the feel of a boutique hotel but with the flair and professionalism of top tier, more expensive brands. From the arrival and greeting by Valet Justin to check in service, beachside service, quality of furnishings, comfort and cleanliness through to the spacious room with wonderful view of the ocean complete with balcony. This fab hotel is owned by Gloria Estefan and her husband and you get the feeling they treat their team well which shows in their work. We ate in the restaurant on a busy night and I don't think we got the best they can offer. It was OK - bit rushed on the service side and the food was nice enough but no wow factor. It was literally Jan 2nd so I'll cut them some slack as they will have been run off their feet all December. All in all - a thoroughly enjoyable stay (2 nights) and the location on Ocean Blvd is perfect for the quaint and varied shops and cafes which offer plenty to do for the time we spent. If you're staying longer you'll need a car for sure and to stock up on anything you need from the store on the way as there isn't a general grocery store very nearby that we could see. Well done team! This is a great hotel and you did a great job! We'll be back!!

Lucky enough to book a stay at this property. Welcomed in with a glass of champagne by Natalia at the front check in - she's lovely and really makes you feel like a special guest - and we found our room to be warm and comfortable. The weather was quite chilly during our visit so we weren't able to sit by the pool, on the beach or the pool bar but it was immaculate and the staff was available for anyone brave enough to sit outside! The restaurant was incredible.

Amazing as always. We very much enjoyed our spa experience . My husband had Lynda for a massage and I had Joseline for an anti aging facial . Phenomenal ! Loved the paella as always and our ocean front room .
