My husband and I were celebrating our 15 year anniversary with a Spa package that included a massage, facial and beach loungers and umbrella. We had Melinda for our facial and Sebron for the massage in the same room for about 2 hours. They were great together and we enjoyed both treatments thoroughly! It was so delightful and relaxing. We later used the salt room and then walked out to the beach with our pass for beach lounge chairs and umbrella and continued the afternoon having cocktails and snacks brought to us. We are locals and really like Costa D’Este for meals but it was our first spa experience with them. I highly recommend these two individuals.

I just had one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! I visit the spa often enough throughout the year. Sebron at CSpa Vero is amazing! Definitely enhance your massage. I am physically active and I feel like all the kinks and knots were tended to. I left there feeling like a new woman ready to take on the world! Check him out!

Lynda was a tremendous therapist. I received the 80 minute massage and would have easily signed up for the 120 minute massage!! She is highly experienced and skilled. I knew within the first few minutes I was in for a treat.

My wife and I popped in for something away from our hotel. The outside atmosphere and friendliness of the staff were first rate. Nicole (outside bartender) and Hector (man about town?) were fabulous, super knowledgeable and a joy to chat with. All the food is made from scratch, and to my wife’s amazement and appreciation Wave’s even has its own pastry chef. She thought the she-crab super better than our own local go to back on the Chesapeake. We intend to make a second visit before we depart for home. Well done guys.

I wish I could give this once special place a five star rating. I mean that. I’m one who can and does overlook the small stuff, but sadly, it was the big stuff that mattered to bring me to this review. My daughter and I stayed for our last mother/daughter trip before she gets married. We stayed from a Thursday through Monday. Our room was serviced one time. Only one time. Upon arrival to our room I noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper. I looked to find there were tissues in the event that we ran short. I noticed the coffee maker was more than 10 years old and filthy. It was the same kind I had used there a decade ago. There were coffee stains on the walls, as well as paint peeling from the ceiling. Cobwebs and rust in the vents and ceiling. See attached photos. The cement was crumbling on our 3rd floor balcony. The water bottles (2) and never offered again came from the dollar store. The one and only sink in the bathroom was clogged, so while using, you had to turn the water off so the water wouldn’t overflow. I understand the business and I know how overwhelming it can be for the employees. So I would call and be kind and compassionate. That was not helping. I contacted the front desk as well as housekeeping and I was peaceful with my requests. They did finally bring enough towels to get us through the night. And they collected the used towels. I was also able to get them to drop off some toilet paper. I asked for 3 rolls just in case I they never came back, and, they didn’t. The whole experience made me sad. For us, and for them. I can’t help but to blame the management. I believe the lack of leadership and staffing makes the difference. When we spend nearly 3K, we expect more. I have stayed at budget motels that were way more affordable and accommodating. I cannot recommend this once fabulous place. It was not a true “resort”.
