This is my second stay at this lovely beachside retreat. It has everything for a perfect weekend get away. We love that it is right on the beach, and within walking distance to our favorite restaurants, bars and ice cream shop. Also very important to us is that we can bring our little dog. The staff is great; welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are spacious, we have a king over looking the ocean that is a special treat for our anniversary. My previous stay was in a standard room that was very similar, except no ocean view. Every bit as nice and included all the wonderful extras as well- the softest, most wonderful robes, slippers, soaps and lotions. Beds, pillows, linens very high quality. Top notch TV. Enjoy the pod coffee machine in room and morning coffee in the lobby (suggest offering decaf). Great restaurant downstairs that I will review separately. My only "complaint" is that the pool area blasts very loud music at times. I love hearing just the ocean and having it quiet, but realize I'm in the minority. Also, I wish there were automatic doors in areas to the pool from the hotel and then to the rooms off the pool area. Difficult to open these heavy doors against the wind off the ocean and with items in your hands and luggage, kids or pets in tow. Very nice pool and beach area. The young men that work this area are hard workers, getting everything out in the morning and cleaned up at night. We enjoyed watching a morning yoga class on the beach right in front of our room this morning. Yes, this place is more expensive than some, but you get what you pay for. If you want a special place, I would highly recommend Costa d'Este Beach Resort.

Could not have asked for more during our stay. Felt very well cared for while there. Really appreciate their efforts to make our vacation fun and relaxing. It's clear they have worked hard to make every aspect of the experience smooth, enjoyable and well thought out. Its obvious the employees love their jobs and take good care of their guests.

Excellent week spent in a very positive, relaxing, high quality hotel! Can not say enough positive comments about our stay. Staff was very friendly, nice and more than willing to make our stay the best! Must ask for Kyle, the bartender to make his Moscow Mules drink, if you go! We will return, hopefully sooner rather than later. Highly recommend a stay.

We stayed in a room with no side tables or chair. Only one person could be at the sink at a time. On another floor it was the maids closet. If the beach is your primary goal you might be willing to do this, but EVERYTHING is so overpriced it is ridiculous. If you are going to stay in a luxury property that would be one thing, but this was far from luxurious.

I had a great time at Costa D'Este. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The purpose of my trip was to relax and I did just that. The one thing I would say was that the housekeeping staff must do a better job at sweeping the room and bathroom floors as they were a bit dusty. Other than that, I had no other complaints.
