Great Property - would stay again
Lucky enough to book a stay at this property. Welcomed in with a glass of champagne by Natalia at the front check in - she's lovely and really makes you feel like a special guest - and we found our room to be warm and comfortable. The weather was quite chilly during our visit so we weren't able to sit by the pool, on the beach or the pool bar but it was immaculate and the staff was available for anyone brave enough to sit outside! The restaurant was incredible.

Amazing as always. We very much enjoyed our spa experience . My husband had Lynda for a massage and I had Joseline for an anti aging facial . Phenomenal ! Loved the paella as always and our ocean front room .

Costa d'Este ; style over substance
Costs di Este My opinion this hotel is more style over substance. It is beautifully designed very modern and contemporary how ever its service and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. Service at the pool bar was dreadful, so much that instead of enjoying cocktails by the pool we went to Ocean grill and had cocktails looking at the sea. Cleanliness was poor. There was a used room service tray on the floor near our room for 3 days. Pretty disgusting as it was a focus for bugs. Accompanying this were initially 3 used wine glasses which had increase to 8 after day 3. I did ask management twice to remove it, l also sent a text. None of these actions got the trays and glasses removed.

Another Amazing Costa Experience!
Costa reminds us of the very finest boutique hotels that one finds across Europe from the moment you arrive until you leave. The personal connection from Genesis at the desk to David in the restaurant to Hailey at the pool cabana among others makes one never want to leave....and the food is just amazing...we love Costa and are looking forward to our fourth visit soon!

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, amazing sunrise
We really enjoyed our stay! We appreciate how friendly the front desk staff were. We were allowed to check in early which was great! Also the valet parking was awesome. Everyone greeted us with a smile and were very attentive which makes all the difference between a good stay and a great stay! Thank you to everyone for making our stay exceptional! The beach was wonderful and the amazing, picturesque sunrise was truly one of the highlights of our visit! We will definitely be back!
