From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as guests, but as family. The experience began the instant we stepped out of our car. The valet staff greeted us with open doors, bright smiles, and such warmth that we immediately felt at home. The front desk team was just as welcoming and accommodating, setting the tone for what would become an unforgettable stay. Before our visit, I had been in contact with Genesis, who helped me plan our 27th wedding anniversary celebration. She was an absolute delight — kind, friendly, and thoughtful in every way. When we arrived, she greeted us by name, wished us a happy anniversary, and surprised us with a gluten-free treat and a handwritten note waiting in our room. It’s these kinds of thoughtful touches that make Costa d’Este truly stand out. The hotel itself is stunning — modern and upscale without ever feeling cold or corporate. There’s a warmth that fills the air, from the coastal décor to the genuine smiles of every staff member. You can feel that everyone here takes pride in making your stay special. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking ocean views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a spa — complete with a large rainfall shower and a handheld sprayer that made every shower feel luxurious. And then there’s The Wave Kitchen & Bar, an absolute must during your stay! Their seafood paella was hands down the best I’ve ever had overflowing with fresh, flavorful seafood and perfectly seasoned rice. The portion for two could easily feed four, but trust me, you won’t want to share! From start to finish, every moment at Costa d’Este felt personal, elegant, and filled with heart. It’s rare to find a hotel that captures both luxury and warmth so effortlessly, but this one does it flawlessly. We left already dreaming about our next visit! 💛

Very cool resort hotel with a great location in Vero Beach. Staff was helpful and informative, room was comfortable and clean. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the meal was very good. Definately will be back!
