Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa

We absolutely loved our stay at Costa d’Este! We came with our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and it was the perfect place for such a special trip. One of the highlights was kayaking and snorkeling out to the shipwreck. We had so much fun and it was definitely an experience we’ll always remember! The resort is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff truly made our stay even better. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had the best time relaxing, enjoying the resort, and celebrating together as a family. It was one of those trips you just don’t want to end. We made so many great memories and are already talking about coming back. We would absolutely stay at Costa d’Este again!

C Spa was fantastic! My wife and I spent 4 days at Costa d’ Este. The resort has well appointed rooms, a terrific restaurant and a superb staff. The highlight was our morning spent at the C Spa. I had a massage with Elizabeth and my wife had one with Sebron. Both of these professionals were exceptional. We highly recommend this wonderful spa and resort.

Everything about our stay was wonderful.. the staff? Friendly and professional. Megan is a manager and her personality eludes through her staff..

We travelled all the way from the UK and, as part of our road trip from Orlando to Miami, chose Costa d’Este as a special little treat for ourselves. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of what we expected. We waited around three hours for our room and weren’t given it until approximately 3:30 pm, while watching other guests arrive and have their rooms ready almost immediately. We also witnessed other guests being welcomed with glasses of bubbly, yet we weren’t offered the two welcome drinks included with our stay. Our booking promotion also included a complimentary bottle of wine, which we never received. It’s not about the free drinks or wine—I don’t even like bubbly! It’s about the principle, consistency and attention to detail. We shouldn’t have to ask for things that are included in our booking. The experience at the pool bar was also disappointing, with an unhelpful and unfriendly response when we simply asked about ordering drinks for the pool. After travelling such a long way and choosing this hotel as a special treat during our trip, we left feeling overlooked and underwhelmed. For a hotel of this reputation, we expected a much higher level of service and attentiveness.

We celebrated our 54th anniversary here by staying two nights. We felt the staff could have been better trained. Lots of small things going amiss. Our room was nice overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom vanity was quite large. Wall's were thin and we could hear conversations from the room next to us.
