Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa

We have visited Costa d’Este three previous times but after a break for other travel returned for a fourth stay. On arrival we were greeted by Robert, the lobby valet, who we remembered from before and he also remembered us. At the Front Desk we were introduced to Genesis. Before our visit we called their reservations number and asked if the room we had stayed in previously was available for us. We were told the request would be provided to the Front Desk. As it turned out that room was not available. While we were a little disappointed, Genesis told us she had a better room for us. And she was right. Our corner second floor ocean front room in the south tower was exceptional with a clear view of the beach as well as the pool. Genesis’ helpful and always smiling face made our stay especially delightful. We never failed to say "hello" to her when we moved through the lobby. In addition to the scenic location the room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to housekeepers Jeini and Amanda for keeping things ship shape during our stay. They went over and above. We split time between the pool and the beach and both were wonderful. Pool attendants led by Paul always delivered top flight service in finding us the ideal spot for pool relaxation. Other times, Jojo and Shania kept us with towels, cool face cloths and frozen grapes. Cabana Bar servers Seth and Alea were dedicated to keeping our drinks cold and our poolside snacks delicious. If there is one suggestion it would be to expand the Cabana Bar lunch menu later into the day. Presently it transitions to a dinner menu around 3pm and there were times we would have enjoyed lighter fare after that time. We also took advantage of multiple free amenities. We took several bike rides and two ocean kayak excursions. In all cases, Robert and Alex with the bikes and the entire Beach staff with the kayaks ensured a pleasant and fun time. Shannon offered Beach Yoga on several mornings which helped set the tone for the rest of the day. We had drinks and dinner at The Wave and The Wave Bar and enjoyed them all. Dinner server, David, ensured our meal exceeded expectations, and it did. Corey at The Wave Bar recognized us after the first visit and teed up our cocktails on all later visits. We purposely booked our stay to coincide with a variety of weekend events at the resort to include Havana Nights and other live music. But in Florida fashion, evening rain put a damper on things. Special thanks to Marketing and Media member Tarin for catching us in several photos which she later shared with us. We were having such a good time we opted to extend our stay one day. Many thanks to Front Desk member Jesus for making that happen and ensuring we could keep the same excellent room. All in all it was great to be back at Costa d’Este. Not only is the location and resort terrific, the entire crew from the front door to the beach and in between offer exceptional, friendly and personalized service. Next time we will not wait too long to visit.

Our stay at Costa d’Este Resort from July 5–9 was outstanding from start to finish. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and it’s clear that exceptional hospitality is part of the culture here. The waterfront room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered incredible views. Our housekeepers did a fantastic job refreshing the room each day, and the creative towel art was a fun surprise that always made us smile. The amenities were top-notch. We spent time relaxing at both the beach and pool, enjoyed riding the complimentary bikes around town, and appreciated how easy it was to walk to the shops, restaurants, and everything Vero Beach has to offer. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the spa, which was absolutely perfect and one of the highlights of our trip. We loved dining at Wave Kitchen & Bar, especially the happy hours and the daily resort activations, which added so much to the overall experience and gave us something new to enjoy each day. What truly sets Costa d’Este apart is its people. General Manager Robert was incredibly genuine, approachable, and personable, taking the time to connect with guests in a way that made our stay feel even more special. We’d also like to recognize Maddison, Corey, Hailey, Megan, Lynda, Sebron, Cali, and Robert, the bellman, for their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout our visit. They each played a part in making our vacation memorable. If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront resort with exceptional service, wonderful amenities, and a team that truly cares about its guests, Costa d’Este is an easy five-star recommendation. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect setting to unwind. Our massage therapists Lynda and Sebron were professional, attentive, and made sure the pressure and focus areas were exactly what we wanted. We both left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated. We highly recommend C Spa at Costa d’ Este.
