Great trip

Dear Gloria y Emilio Estefan, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service during my recent stay at Costa d Este. Following a challenging personal transition, I needed a quiet space to rest and recharge. Your resort provided the exact environment I needed. The peaceful atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff made a significant positive impact. I will share the personal event, as it was a very difficult time for me, and the resort was my saving grace. I sold my home by owner, and the buyer's agent was dishonest, causing me to move in two days. A full-time career: I’m an executive in the financial industry, and I own my own business. Not bragging, a simpler life would be much easier. I also have two very needy pugs. They have never left my house, and they were a complete mess. Thanks for the kindness of Genesis, Aaron, the front desk manager, and Karen, who worked in hospitality. They were all so kind, generous, and understanding of all my craziness. I slept for days, and it let me get the rest I needed. I needed to get back to reality, get into a new place, get back to work, and today I decided to go back to the resort, as I am in better spirits. It is also my aunt Coky's birthday, who passed away, and it is also 911. I look forward to seeing the staff. And them seeing me for who I really am, not Raggedy Ann. Thank you to your entire team for todo! Con amor, Joey DeLoa

Three Star Hotel -NOT Four Star

was extremely disappointed with my stay at Costa d’Este Beach Resort & Spa in Vero Beach. At $472 for a one-night stay, I expected a considerably higher level of quality, service, and attention to detail. Before arriving, I had shared with the hotel that Costa d’Este held special sentimental meaning for me, as I was proposed to at their South Beach location. I was genuinely looking forward to experiencing the Vero Beach property and hoped it would have some of that same sense of occasion. Unfortunately, it did not. The room felt dated and lacked the warmth, refinement, and luxury I expected at this price point. More disappointing was the service, which simply did not reflect what I consider appropriate for a resort charging nearly $500 per night. I travel frequently and have stayed at many beautiful hotels and resorts, so I understand that not every property will be perfect. But there needs to be a relationship between the price being charged and the experience being delivered. In this case, I simply did not feel there was. The beachfront location is lovely, but location alone cannot justify this rate when the accommodations and level of service fall so far short of expectations. Sadly, what I had hoped would be a special stay turned into a very disappointing experience. At $472 for one night, I would not return or recommend the property based on my stay.

C Spa Sand Massage with Lynda was above and beyond. Relaxing, stress-freeing, unique experience. New experiences of this specific massage will certainly lead to return visits. Lynda has a lifetime of practice and it was evident. The hotel, food, location and staff made this a memorable retreat. Carefully curated hotel decor and functional, detailed design features of room noted and appreciated.
