Costa de Este would be our first choice when booking in Vero Beach. The property is beautiful, and right on the beach in the middle of everything in town. For the money it's well worth it. Great service and staff through out the hotel. This property has always been well maintained, and as former residents of Vero returning, it still has that quality and charm!

I thought this was the nicest hotel in Vero but that can’t be. The level of service wasn’t what I was expecting. The front desk wasn’t very accommodating to me when I needed help. I feel like the beach staff and some of the waiters were all 16 years old and did not know much when I asked them questions. All of my orders at the restaurants and room service came wrong or missing something so I had to send things back or had to re-call to get my order corrected more than once. I ordered room service and whoever answered the phone every time had a serious attitude. My entire stay felt like I was inconveniencing the staff and I did not like that. For the price I paid, I was expecting better service like I always get at nicer hotels. Maybe it was because I was the only woman of color staying at the hotel. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

This was our second stay here. Last year was outstanding. Front desk, valet, restaurant, pool, and engineering are still great. However Housekeeping in need of improvement. Once they get to your room they are fine but getting to show up is the challenge. Most days it was at the end of the day. On our last night they never showed up. However the front desk arranged for someone to deliver fresh towels and restock coffee, which we appreciated. We would still return, the hotel and Vero Beach is great to visit.

Awesome getaway at Costa. It was my first time in Vero Beach and glad I chose this resort. Nice pool and beach combo. Very pleasant massage from April G, she was extremely professional and couldn’t have done a better job. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to visit.

Was excited to stay at Costa d'Este. Our stay met all of our expectations. It's nice to know there are still some "real" resorts in Florida. Great Facility, Great Food and Drinks. Beach facility was excellent. We will return when in the Vero Beach area. Thumbs Up!
