Reviews for Palazzo Victoria
Came to Verona for a wedding and stayed here. It was a perfect choice- very Comfortable, excellent staff, delicious food and excellent concierge. It is also in a perfect location to explore the centre of the old City. Well done - we will be back.

Typical City centre hotel - great for the location for which you pay a bit more for. Small, slightly tired room (and ours was "deluxe"). Breakfast wasn't great but just okay. Definitely not 5 star but not 5 star prices either. I would visit again, just for the location.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel. Firstly it's so close to the centre which is maybe 3-5 minutes walk. The hotel Feels both modern but full of history. In our room we had robes slippers coffee making facilities & mini bar. The beds were comfy with good size soft pillows and soft sheets. The room felt very Italian in decoration, with wooden floor and large silk rug. Our window view was of the central courtyard where breakfast can be eaten in the warm months. We had an amazing bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a separate shower along with a large sink. The bathroom floors and walls are red Verona marble! We were supplied With soft very large waffle bath towels of which we had four, plus hand towels etc. Breakfast was of wonderful quality, continental as expected but they are very willing to do eggs to order. The coffee is very good and made to order and served to you at your table. I will return to this hotel when I next visit.

We visit Verona in August for a couple of nights. The hotel didn't live up to the hype, the pictures on various hotel booking websites are a bit misleading. On the positive side, the location is super central and is surrounded by nice shops, cafes and restaurants. Also he staff is very helpful. On the not so good side, the rooms feel old, the furniture isn't worthy of a 5 star rating, and the bathrooms are horrendous - it felt like we were in a dungeon. I would probably stay somewhere else on the next trip.
Husband and I had two nights here as part of my 50th birthday celebrations and it was truly wonderful. Aside from the upgrade to a huge, gorgeous room and the gift of a lovely bottle of local wine, the building itself was a wonderful eclectic mix of ancient, old, new and fabulous. Much as we discovered the city itself to be. This hotel sits at the heart of Verona and is the perfect place to explore from. Two days was not enough and we will be going back.
