Loved our huge, wonderfully decorated room. Unfortunately it was just too hot and stuffy and we were informed that the air conditioning could not be turned on yet. With the windows open for fresh air the traffic noise was too much. On a beautiful narrow street but unfortunately any noise from below just travels up into the room. On the up side, it really is a lovely hotel and is close to all Verona's attractions and Piazza's with their restaurants.

Stayed three nights with Dine with Rana Group and had a marvelous time. The room was just perfect, with a cute interior courtyard patio. The Hotel lobby and services were so accommodating... "great service by everyone!!" This locations is convenient to walking, sight seeing, shopping and just exploring. I would return!!

This lovely hotel is discreetly situated near the Porto Borsari in Verona. It's an ideal place from which to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are polite and obliging. The breakfast is superb. For the continent the quality and variety is excellent. No congealed scrambled egg in a hot tray. Eggs are cooked to order in whatever way you fancy and there is a great variety of other items including fresh fruit. We really enjoyed our stay here and would use again if in Verona.

So this is my go to hotel in Verona as I use it 5 or 6 times a year. March is a great time to visit Verona as the weather is good but the city is not too crowded. You can't really beat the location of this hotel and the improvements they have made to the public areas are superb. Check in and out was slick and efficient and all staff very friendly. The bar is excellent including the pool table (please get some bigger pockets or smaller balls!). Our room was back on the right side of the building and was excellent. I recommend this side of the building. Breakfast was the only slight (very slight) let down. A bit slow and they don't really prompt you for hot options. I would say this was a 4.5 out of 5 visit. Still the go to hotel in Verona.

We found that Palazzo Victoria was perfectly situated just inside Verona's old city walls. Gorgeous courtyard area, and lovely breakfast room. In some areas, the lobby and breakfast room have amazing glass floor areas through which one sees that the hotel is sitting on the site of the ancient Roman town. The breakfast, which was included, was great, with very attentive service. We stayed in a 'grand deluxe" room which was spacious, clean and most comfortable. We hope to be back soon.
