Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

Beautiful building, great location near underground, trams, and major museums. Excellent service from friendly staff, big spacious room, comfy bed with exquisite bed linen, great breakfast served by a great team, and nice variety of daily specials cooked to order. Would stay here again without doubt.

Gorgeous, stylish, perfect location and even better service. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Vienna and loved every minute of our stay. I am recovering from foot surgery and the extra TLC was a perfect 10. The room, restaurant, location and a oval, the thoughtful service means that we are definitely returning!! We had a wonderful stay at the Sans Souci Hotel in Vienna from September 18–29, 2025. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfasts were magnificent – beautifully presented and varied each morning. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, salmon, baked items, and the outstanding pancakes and French toast. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife’s vegan preferences, preparing tofu and mushroom dishes that she absolutely loved. The front desk and housekeeping teams were excellent – consistently friendly, efficient, and attentive. We were warmly welcomed with chocolates in our room, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire stay. Our room was beautifully appointed and exceptionally quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after long days exploring Vienna. The location couldn’t be more convenient, within easy walking distance to major museums, restaurants, and public transport. A special highlight was the world-class massage from Hiromi, the talented Japanese therapist from Yamagata – truly one of the best massages we’ve ever had. My wife also greatly enjoyed the steam room in the spa, which was immaculate and relaxing. Throughout our stay, the staff were always ready to help with directions, recommendations, and reservations, making our visit smooth and memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend the Sans Souci Hotel for anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Vienna. We look forward to returning!

We stayed at the Sans Souci Hotel in October 2025. We loved the location of this hotel as it was central to so much of Vienna. There is a wonderful watch and jewelry store across the street where we purchased so many items. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were nicely decorated and had great amenities. Breakfast was delicious. We loved everything about the Sans Souci and will definitely return here the next time we are in Vienna!

We had an excellent experience at the San Souci Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good location, near the museums, the centers of sights and the local transit stations. The room was spacious, comfortable with full amenities. The breakfast service was commendable as were the offerings. We would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Vienna.
