Very convenient location
2 nights here in September. Location was really good. Easy to walk to all the sites. Service was great - provided good recommendations including helping us buy tickets to a show. Room was nice and spacious. No balcony was the only thing that could have been better, otherwise a great stay

Especially, bellboys worked so actively and sincerely. I think they were much better than other superlative hotels that I had experienced. Housekeeping service was also very impressive and hospitable. Breakfast was much more than my expectation. The location is so excellent. I really really recommend Hotel Sans Souci and if I visit Vienna again, I will choose here.

Best experience in Vienna
This hotel room and location was wonderful but what made the stay magnificent was the staff and service! The food was fantastic for breakfast and dinner. Everyone we encountered was professional, polite and attentive. We look forward to coming back!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else
Fantastic experience. Calm, beautiful hotel. Fabulous customer experience. I had a LOT of questions about restaurants and other things, and the staff were incredibly patient and truly helpful. The bar area is so pretty and super quiet--great for morning coffee or an evening drink. Morning coffee. You can get it in the dining area (also lovely) or order it for your room. I had it in the dining area each day, and the staff were super quick to bring it. Location. There's a little supermarket right next door. We went on to Prague (and a pricier hotel) after Vienna, and I kept comparing our hotel there to Sans Souci. Staying at Sans Souci elevated our entire experience in Vienna--I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.
