One of the best hotels
Greeting upon arrival was excellent!! Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful room, great service at the restaurant, morning coffee was brought to the room within minutes of request.

Elegant and welcoming atmosphere
I visited the restaurant Veranda during my time in Vienna and had a truly pleasant experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, the service felt attentive in a very natural way. I especially appreciated the sense of discretion and the calm ambiance — it makes you feel comfortable immediately. Places like this are remembered not only for the cuisine, but for the feeling you leave with. I will be happy to return.
