Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

We have had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The staff have been friendly and helpful with all of our queries making us feel looked after. The rooms are quiet, very clean and comfortable, and just the right temperature with everything needed. We enjoyed the room service coffee every morning too. The location is perfect for the main city attractions but in a slightly quieter location which we enjoyed. Fantastic selection at breakfast with cooked and buffet options. We had a meal in the veranda restaurant on our first night which was excellent. We can't think of anything that we would have wanted done differently and would definitely stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sans Souci. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located and very well run. The breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and high quality and there was plenty to choose from. (You all have to try the amazing pancakes!!) The spa area honestly surprised us in the best way. For a city hotel it’s amazing how spacious and relaxing it is. What really made our stay special was Sabrina at the front desk. As physically disabled guests we are sadly used to being treated a bit differently in many hotels. Here, from the first moment, Sabrina made us feel completely comfortable and genuinely welcome. She was warm, respectful and incredibly kind. Our first room wasn’t ideal for our needs and she immediately took the time to show us several other rooms until we found one that worked perfectly for us. Every request we had was taken care of right away and always with real care. We talked with her quite a lot during our whole stay and we also felt truly supported the whole time. It honestly made a huge difference for us. We were really sad when she told us it was her last day because her exceptional service was one of the main reasons we would have loved to come back. An amazing hotel made unforgettable by the people who work there.

Sans Souci Wien Hotel and its wait staff are phenomenal. The Bar and Brasserie in house restaurant is wonderful. We had a 4 night stay and each meal we had was very good, as is their room service. They are very attentive to their guests and needs. Beautiful and conveniently located near local subway system and trams. Being close and within walking distance of museums is definitely a plus. We look forward to another stay at Sans Souci Wien!

absolutely fabulous!! perfect location within walking distance of museums, shopping. Beautiful accommodations, indoor pool , sauna, steam room, all immaculate. Very peaceful vibe all around. the staff is always available, anticipating every need.

From the minute we stepped into the hotel we knew this was going to be a bit special. The staff on reception were super helpful and gave us lots of info on what to do/see. Also got a hot flannel and a cold drink which was a lovely touch. Our room was fabulous, just no other way to describe it. Everything we needed and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a veritable feast every morning and set us up for the day ahead. We had dinner in Veranda Restaurant one evening which was beyond spectacular with service to match. The highlight for me was the spa. An immaculate 20m pool, fantastic saunas and a steam room, and we indulged in some massages on departure day which were amazing. This holiday was to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday, and the staff made a real fuss of him and even brought him a cake for his breakfast. I cannot thank the team there enough. This hotel sets the bar for other hotels, THIS is how you keep your guests happy. Location, facilities, staff, food, I cannot find a single thing to criticise! A massive thank you to the hotel, you absolutely made my husbands birthday one he will never forget. I could write pages and pages on how good it is!
