Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

My wife and I recently spent a few days at Hotel Sans Souci Wien, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we made our reservation, the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a somewhat unusual arrival situation, as my wife was arriving several hours before me, and the front office team went out of their way to ensure everything was arranged perfectly. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality immediately set the tone for our stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and all the thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. It was clear that the entire team takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. The spa area was another highlight of our stay and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after exploring Vienna. Combined with the hotel's excellent location, elegant atmosphere, and outstanding service, it made for a wonderful city break. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. After a busy period, these few days were exactly what we needed, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Hotel Sans Souci Wien team. We would not hesitate to stay again and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

This hotel is wonderful, from the time you walk in to the time you leave. The staff is amazing, the hotel is beautiful, the location is great and the rooms and bathrooms are a great size and comfortable - they even have a pillow menu if the ones on the bed are not right for your sleeping style. I would highly recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again if we return to Vienna.

Really amazing hotel. Fantastic breakfast, lovely room service quality food, wonderful spa and massage. Largest hotel pool in Vienna which is why I booked. Will return.

From the warm and friendly staff, to the attention to detail, if I could give 10 stars I would! Amazing place! Within walking distance from everything!

Superb hotel with wonderful staff.The food at breakfast was superb and the restaurant meal was one of the best of my life.Asparagus soup with salmon/caviar followed by a perfectly cooked fillet steak. The wine waiter was very knowledgeable .Great location 15 minutes stroll to the nice shops and museums in one direction.The other direction has a host of good cafes/restaurants.The manager of this hotel should be very proud of his staff probably the kindest I have ever experienced in my 64 years.
