One of the best hotels we stayed in

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Great location. Just walking distance from Museum quartier and Maria Theresa Platz. A metro nearby but we never had to use it. The atmosphere was wonderful. The library, restaurant, lobby and the corridors were all thought through in their design. Rooms had really high ceilings, which is really nice. The shower had great flow and the bathrooms were spacious. The temperature control on the Air Con is great too - we could reduce it to 17 deg during the nights and have it at 23 during the day. With respect to the value for the money - one would agree that this is on the expensive side of the hotels. But given the locations, having sauna, steam room and great facilities, more than exceptional breakfast, free coffee 24/7 - it is worth the money. There's no question of cleanliness. The hotel is spot clean - wherever you go. No outside noise will disturb you when the windows are closed. The best part is the service- from the reception staff to kitchen staff they all were really polite and committed to great customer service. Anna on the reception - allowing an early check in for us to giving us great information about the surroundings and the amenities, exceeded expectations. Will definitely go back when time permits.

Master suite room 321

I reserved a junior suite for my wife's birthday, and the hotel upgrade us in the magnificent Master Suite room 321. The experience was perfect : the room, the staff, the pool, the breakfast... Everything was on top! I highly recommend this hotel.

A Hotel I’d Happily Recommend to Women

Gorgeous hotel in perfect location. Within walking distance of the 1st District sights and the Museum Quarter right across the street. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. The Rooms are spacious and bright. A cool thing is that the TV is in the mirror! The spa area is calm and peaceful. So it was perfect after a day of sightseeing. I did a few laps in the elegant pool (you are swimming under ballroom chandeliers!!) and then relaxed in the sauna. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

everything you want in a hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

If you are looking for a little luxury this hotel has everything. Friendly and competent staff without being overbearing, great facilities (spa and pool) and a splendid breakfast buffet. We tried a local restaurant on the first night and weren't that happy with it. We eat in the hotel restaurant our second and third night. The chef is exceptional. Try it. It was pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended
