Fantastic hotel in the heart of Vienna
Impeccable service, food was delicious and the spa was maybe a little small but high quality. We only stayed for a night but wished we could stay longer!

It's a great hotel! The service is excellent and the breakfast is amazing! It's very well localized near to some many tourist attractions and to some many public transportation options. The rooms are beautiful and they have the nice mix between the classic and the modern style.

Christmas in Vienna
Wonderful hotel, can’t think of anything negative to say. Every member of staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. What a wonderful way to spend Christmas, their Christmas Eve Gala Dinner was delicious.

Lovely stay!
Our family stayed here for four nights. Great service and location for museums! Breakfast spread was great every morning. The kids loved the big room and view! Thank you for the New Years champagne and coins! ✨👑⛸️🍾🥂🧳🎁

Incredible Holiday Stay!!
I don't have the words to describe how incredible this hotel is. My family and I stayed in the family suite and it was enormous. It boasted a full bedroom and en suite with a tub the size of a swimming pool. The kids had two twin beds set up in the living room area that was separate from the bedroom. They had their own bathroom in the foyer as well. Everything you could need was provided. All shampoo/conditioner/soaps, a Dyson hair dryer, lotions and toiletries. Breakfast was incredible. It had everything you could want. The bar was beautiful and we enjoyed drinks there at night. The bartender was so talented and will make whatever you want. The location was perfect, in fact we only needed one taxi the entire stay. You can walk everywhere. It was maybe 15 minutes walk to the Hofburg and from there into Old Town took no time at all. We were also able to walk to Rathausplatz and had dinner every night in Spittelburg. The spa was beautiful, we used the sauna and the pool. Everything was immaculate. Our rooms were cleaned twice a day. Truly an amazing stay. The staff were so helpful for any questions we had. Everyone was polite and spoke perfect English. This is a gem of a hotel.
