Beautiful Art Lovers hotel
Beautiful hotel with original Roy Lichtenstein artworks displayed throughout. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and luxuriously fitted out. Although it's a city centre hotel, the rooms were very quiet; no road noise. Loved the daily sweet treats in the room and the free room service coffee delivered all day. Food was delicious. Breakfasts were varied, with daily specials. Loved the Vienna eggs. Had room service dinner one evening and it was absolutely lovely. Located in the museum district so only 10-20 minutes in all directions to the main tourist attractions and Christmas market locations. Really couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The best service
The service here was so fantastic. Everyone from the hotel staff, to restaurant waitstaff and bartender were so lovely and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

Unfortunately bad
Unfortunately, the reservation confirmed by phone was canceled without any notice. Very disappointed. Very Noisy.Polite reception

Too expensive
I had mixed impressions during my stay at the hotel. The room was not completely cleaned, and requests for cleaning were not responded to immediately. Also, the level of service did not match the advertised price. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but that was my experience.

Not as goog as i wanted for this price
The room was dirty, the staff did not respond to requests, I will not come here again. During my stay, the towels were not changed, even though I asked twice. This ruined my impression. To much noise from streets
