Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our trip to Vienna. The location was perfect - with the Museum Quarter on the doorstep and within easy walking distance of key sights in the city centre. Having a U-Bahn station nearby was also a bonus. All the staff at the Hotel Sans Souci were very welcoming and attentive - always ready with a friendly greeting and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room and amenities were superb - very well appointed bedroom and bathroom, beautifully decorated, modern, light and airy, extremely clean and comfortable - perhaps a second armchair would have been welcome, but other than that we wanted for nothing in our room. Overlooking the courtyard, our room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast at the Sans Souci was excellent. We looked forward each morning to the wonderful array of both continental and cooked breakfast. There was a wide range of items to choose from. The daily smoothie that we were given with breakfast was a lovely touch, as was the ability to order complimentary coffee in our room throughout the day and evening. This was very welcome after full days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend Hotel Sans Souci.

My wife is an architect who designs luxury hotels for a living, and she felt that her experience at this hotel was one of the best she's ever had. The staff anticipated our needs at every turn, and each interaction was pleasant and conducted at a high level of excellence. The room was immaculate, clean, and spacious, and the location allowed us to pursue all of the objectives of our trip easily. The experience was wonderful, and we absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a true luxury experience.

Fantastic hotel in incredible location. We came on a family trip for 5 nights. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel in the mornings is fantastic! The rooms were very clean and new.

Excellent service and facilities, hotel was immaculate, staff very helpful and genuinely seemed to like being at work! Breakfast fabulous, the added champagne was a lovely touch as was the coffee to the room service, would definitely return.

Brilliant location central for all our needs, very friendly, professional and helpful. Atmosphere .Calm and unobtrusive, Room excellent and functional. Value, get what you pay for with a smile. Cleanliness, the whole hotel is spotless and the cleaning staff very accommodating.. Even though our room was next to a busy road, the traffic noise was never intrusive and internally very quite and calm.
