Hotel has good reputation but dont answer for my booking without a reason!!!! Very bad experience!!! I will try next time but now i am disapointed

Too expensive
I had mixed impressions during my stay at the hotel. The room was not completely cleaned, and requests for cleaning were not responded to immediately. Also, the level of service did not match the advertised price. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but that was my experience.

Not as goog as i wanted for this price
The room was dirty, the staff did not respond to requests, I will not come here again. During my stay, the towels were not changed, even though I asked twice. This ruined my impression. To much noise from streets

Stunning !
This hotel is as beautiful as Vienna . Prime location . Immaculate. Service fantastic . Breakfast stunning … champagne is a lovely touch . Little extra touches such as leaving gorgeous chocolates in your room . The spa is fabulous . Staff can not do enough for you . Wine … very good !! The rooms are beautiful . Will be coming back ! …. My only ask is .. can you please put a Christmas tree in the reception fig when we come in 2026 🫶
