Reviews for Hotel Sans Souci Vienna
We were fortunate enough to stay at the Sans Souci earlier this month for three nights. First hotel on our 17 day, five countries vacation. We've stayed in many five star hotels in the past and I can say undoubtedly that our stay at the Sans Souci was one of THE best experiences we have had. The service, location, room, staff all far exceeded our expectations. If I could rate it 10 stars I would! It was the highlight of our entire trip and I look very forward to returning to Vienna and staying at the Sans Souci again. It will be the ONLY place I would suggest anyone stay while visiting Vienna.
We had a wonderful time staying in such a beautiful and artistic hotel in Vienna. The service, the staff and room d sign is too good especially with high ceiling and spacious bathroom. Also, the breakfast is something important to us and it offers great variety of fresh made dishes that you can’t try everything.

Stayed for 5 nights and wished it could have been longer:) The hotel is comfortable and is convenient for the centre of Vienna. But the warm welcome and attention of the hotel staff team make it a really great place to stay. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable and the restaurant offers great food choices for breakfast and dinner. The bar is a lovely place to relax in for a pre-dinner drink. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

We recently stayed 5 nights on our last leg of a month long holiday in Bavaria/Austria. We had booked a Luxury room with balcony back in December and when we arrived were provided with a Luxury room minus balcony. The hotel initially said we would need to pay an additional €30 per night for the balcony room despite my confirmation from my travel agent describing the balcony room, however after further discussion we were provided the Luxury with balcony room which was perfect. I always book larger rooms where I can particularly if staying a few nights And this room met all my expectations. Large enough to stow luggage and still have room to move. The balcony was over a courtyard and was exceptionally quiet which was wonderful. Bathroom was excellent size with one of the better showers we had on our trip and separate toilet (and we always stay 5 star). Breakfast was very nice with wonderful staff in the restaurant. In fact all the staff were very helpful and professional and despite the initial mix up with the room our stay was a very pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend the Luxury with balcony room if you are staying for a number of nights - I did see the Luxury room and whilst it was nice it was a little smaller than I would have expected for Luxury and it was on 2nd floor overlooking the road and I suspect you would have some street noise. Top hotel with top staff though.

where do i start!! location is great if you like to be close to everything but not too close-the interior design of the hotel is beautiful and well thought out with no expense spared-the quality of the doors and windows and bathrooms etc is excellent- the Spa & pool for a small hotel is just crazy great! but above all this - the people who work here are all on the same page-Excellent Attitude & Service!! the breakfasts were great & generous! we had a bit larger room with a courtyard view and balcony-i would recommend! a bit more $$ but a fabulous room-laid out well!! we stayed 3 nights and came with another couple who felt the same way. oh and did i tell you about the bar!! this place was very impressive!! period!!
