Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

My review is long overdue after our wonderful stay at Hotel Sans Souci Vienna during the first week of March, but I couldn't let more time pass without recognizing the incredible team who made our trip so memorable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We happened to be celebrating both of our birthdays (on different days), and Marcel in the Brasserie surprised each of us with a beautiful birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebrations even more special. I also want to give special thanks to Jakob, Lisa, Marcel, and David. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Unfortunately, I became quite sick on our very first day, which was both unexpected and embarrassing. Rather than making me feel uncomfortable, the team treated me with such compassion and care. They made me feel completely welcome, never embarrassed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their kindness turned what could have been a terrible start to our vacation into something much more manageable, and I'll always remember how well they looked after me. The service throughout our stay was simply outstanding, and it's clear that everyone at Hotel Sans Souci truly cares about their guests. We left feeling not only well looked after but genuinely appreciated. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the people who made our stay so special. Thank you again to Jakob, Lisa, Marcel, David, and the entire team for an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel, located very close to the Museum Quartier. Old town can be easily reached by Metro in 5 minutes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a small grocery store, handy for picking up snacks. We stayed in the extended room with a large terrace, bathroom was spacious. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff were equally friendly and efficient. Lots of choices for the buffet breakfast and eggs cooked to order. And of course the coffee! The pool is a lap pool and kept on the cool side, which I liked. The spa has meditation loungers for relaxing after a sauna and steam room. Highly recommended for a stay in Vienna.

I enjoyed every minute of this vacation in your hotel. The location was wonderful. The service of the staff was excellent.

Hotel was great. Definitely 5 stars, but not uptight. Good spa, breakfast and restaurant. Room was amazing. Cleaning was excellent. Service was top notch. Location was nice. Just outside the old city center, but right in the heart of the museum area.

Good location, excellent service, spacious rooms (for Europe), lovely decor, top class spa, nice restaurant and bar.
