Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

This was my first visit to Vienna . I can’t praise the Sans Souci Wein highly enough. Beautifully presented, comfortable , professional attentive and friendlystaff who couldn’t do enough for us ,marvellous food with plenty of choice and a good selection of wine and other beverages. I’m looking forward to my next visit !

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna and wish to explore the City Centre. The location is great with easy access to all of the main city centre attractions. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very pleasant and well insulated in terms of sound proofing from the traffic outside. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and every one that we met could not have been more helpful or enthusiastic. There was a great choice of food at breakfast and a nice menu in the restaurant in the evening. Being gluten free there was naturally less choice but the waiters were well informed and very accommodating.

From the moment we stepped into sans soucis we were warmly welcomed and treated very kindly. The staff made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The rooms are very comfortable and the spa is a great place to unwind and relax. The Hotel Veranda Restaurant offers exceptional service and very well cooked delicious meals. I really reccomend coming to sans soucis to spend a relaxing stay. And if you can book the breakfast with the room as it is absolutely amazing. Very delicious meals cooked and served to the table and a very big selection of self service breakfast. We are very happy with our stay!! Thank you!!

We have had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The staff have been friendly and helpful with all of our queries making us feel looked after. The rooms are quiet, very clean and comfortable, and just the right temperature with everything needed. We enjoyed the room service coffee every morning too. The location is perfect for the main city attractions but in a slightly quieter location which we enjoyed. Fantastic selection at breakfast with cooked and buffet options. We had a meal in the veranda restaurant on our first night which was excellent. We can't think of anything that we would have wanted done differently and would definitely stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sans Souci. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located and very well run. The breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and high quality and there was plenty to choose from. (You all have to try the amazing pancakes!!) The spa area honestly surprised us in the best way. For a city hotel it’s amazing how spacious and relaxing it is. What really made our stay special was Sabrina at the front desk. As physically disabled guests we are sadly used to being treated a bit differently in many hotels. Here, from the first moment, Sabrina made us feel completely comfortable and genuinely welcome. She was warm, respectful and incredibly kind. Our first room wasn’t ideal for our needs and she immediately took the time to show us several other rooms until we found one that worked perfectly for us. Every request we had was taken care of right away and always with real care. We talked with her quite a lot during our whole stay and we also felt truly supported the whole time. It honestly made a huge difference for us. We were really sad when she told us it was her last day because her exceptional service was one of the main reasons we would have loved to come back. An amazing hotel made unforgettable by the people who work there.
