Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

Our family stayed here for four nights. Great service and location for museums! Breakfast spread was great every morning. The kids loved the big room and view! Thank you for the New Years champagne and coins! ✨👑⛸️🍾🥂🧳🎁

I don't have the words to describe how incredible this hotel is. My family and I stayed in the family suite and it was enormous. It boasted a full bedroom and en suite with a tub the size of a swimming pool. The kids had two twin beds set up in the living room area that was separate from the bedroom. They had their own bathroom in the foyer as well. Everything you could need was provided. All shampoo/conditioner/soaps, a Dyson hair dryer, lotions and toiletries. Breakfast was incredible. It had everything you could want. The bar was beautiful and we enjoyed drinks there at night. The bartender was so talented and will make whatever you want. The location was perfect, in fact we only needed one taxi the entire stay. You can walk everywhere. It was maybe 15 minutes walk to the Hofburg and from there into Old Town took no time at all. We were also able to walk to Rathausplatz and had dinner every night in Spittelburg. The spa was beautiful, we used the sauna and the pool. Everything was immaculate. Our rooms were cleaned twice a day. Truly an amazing stay. The staff were so helpful for any questions we had. Everyone was polite and spoke perfect English. This is a gem of a hotel.

This was my second stay of five nights at the hotel. Particularly friendly and accommodating staff in all areas of the hotel. Very comfortable beds and quiet surroundings ensure good rest. Breakfast buffet is extensive and the Spa is very welcome after exploring Vienna on cold, wintry days. We will return.

I felt really welcomed at the hotel. The fromt office manager Lisa was extremely kind and helped us feel really at home. The nice gentleman Marc was also great. He explained every single detail so I felt like I fit right in. He was very enthusiastic, which made the stay even more magical. The breakfast was also amazing. The quality of the food was out of this world. The room felt cosy and homey. Although I was pretty surprised by the giant mirror in front of the bed. I will DEFINITELY come back again. Everything feels like luxury, but the people here make it feel like home. I haven’t felt such a good atmosphere in a hotel for a really long time. If you want to feel like at home in Vienna. Definitely visit.

This lovely hotel location is very nice, close to centre but not directly in. That gives you ops not to rush but enjoy & relax!
