Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

One block away from the Volkstheater subway station proving easy access to many sights around Vienna. Including Schonbrunn palace (20 mins by subway). Also an easy walk to the major sights in Vienna. And lots of dining options within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful. From the front desk to the dining room staff, at breakfast and at dinner, making for a very pleasant stay. Months before arriving they helped with sight seeing information and making a number of dinner reservations. Lisa, the front desk manager, even helped in getting Schonbrunn Palace tickets when I had trouble with the Palace website ticket purchase. We enjoyed an afternoon beverage in the Bibliothèque lounge after a morning of sightseeing. Had dinner one night in Veranda which was very good. A number of different entrees choices. And each morning, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Good menu options in additional to the buffet. Try the pancakes. Outstanding. Speaking of outstanding, the morning dining room staff was just that. 5 stars to all the staff!

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The best hotel I have ever been to, the reception staff are polite and always with a smile, excellent breakfast, a team of waiters who greet you with a smile and make sure you have a hot drink, the cleaning staff are always smiling and ask how the guests are, the bell boys are really nice and helpful. The spa is excellent, the massages I had were excellent. The location, the room, the cleanliness, everything was perfect Best regards

We spent 3 nights at the Sans Souci as part of our family vacation to Europe. The Sans Souci was our favorite hotel among our stays. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable for all 5 of us staying in 2 connected rooms. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Of everyone we interacted with the one standout was Marcel who went above and beyond for our family, including the personal greeting each day after our touring.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sans Souci Wien. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome from arrival to departure. Our room was beautiful, the spa was a perfect place to relax, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the front office team deserves special thanks for their excellent support and seamless check-in. We left feeling refreshed and already look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
