Best 5 stars hotel i have been in the last years. It's a shame but the service in the hotels around the world is going down but in this hotel they know how to even improve the best. From the first minute the service was amazing. The hotel is not huge and that makes it better, more cosy and efficient. The Sunday the have brunch. It was wonderful to have the possibility to eat later. I am gluten intolerant and they offer a really tasty gluten free bread. It was my birthday and the gave me a small cake for breakfast with glasses of champagne for me and my husband. Everyone was wonderful but we have make an special mention about the Venezuelan guy in the bar. We forget his name but we never will forget him.

Well situated, exceptionally friendly and accomodating Staff within easy walking distance of both Vienna centre (10 mins), Austrian-Spanish horse, Theatres and Museums, as well as more bohemian side of city. Easy transport to anywhere else you might want to visit. We visited all 10 Xmas Markets on foot. High quality rooms, service and food as you would expect. Will definately recommend and use again.

What a lovely environmentally conscious hotel with outstanding service. I chose this hotel for a solo trip to visit the Christmas markets. Perfectly located. Room 317 although street side is not terribly noisy thanks to double windows. The real star of this hotel is the superb staff. Attentive, helpful and a joy. Large well appointed rooms with heated bathroom floors. The included breakfast is top quality. I have not yet experienced the spa and pool but I suspect it will be delightful as well. Today is my first of a 3 day stay and I am looking forward to the remainder of my visit. In my opinion the very best choice in Vienna.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel in November 2017 for the second time. The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing, visiting the world-class museums, the Christmas markets and it has good access to public transport. The hotel rooms are quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent and the food standards and quality in the restaurant and bar were first class. The staff in all areas of the hotel were helpful and friendly.

I want to firstly state that this is an excellant hotel. Room was large, staff were friendly, breakfast was fantastic and we loved the bar. However, there were just a few things that we thought could be better. The pool is nice and long, but only wide enough for two swimmers so if you have two slow swimmers and you are fast, that does not work. The changing rooms have only one shower, which is ok if you are one, but if 4 people leave the pool at the same time then there is quite a queue. The air conditioning in the room was quite noisey. I am a light sleeper and it was too noisey for me. Finally, some of the rooms have a view to the rear which is just an office building, not the most attractive.. Nevertheless, it is a really lovely hotel and really good place to stay, but in my view, not perfect
