Wonderful hotel in best location
This was my second stay of five nights at the hotel. Particularly friendly and accommodating staff in all areas of the hotel. Very comfortable beds and quiet surroundings ensure good rest. Breakfast buffet is extensive and the Spa is very welcome after exploring Vienna on cold, wintry days. We will return.

The heart in the middle of Vienna
I felt really welcomed at the hotel. The fromt office manager Lisa was extremely kind and helped us feel really at home. The nice gentleman Marc was also great. He explained every single detail so I felt like I fit right in. He was very enthusiastic, which made the stay even more magical. The breakfast was also amazing. The quality of the food was out of this world. The room felt cosy and homey. Although I was pretty surprised by the giant mirror in front of the bed. I will DEFINITELY come back again. Everything feels like luxury, but the people here make it feel like home. I haven’t felt such a good atmosphere in a hotel for a really long time. If you want to feel like at home in Vienna. Definitely visit.

Place to belong, not just stay
This lovely hotel location is very nice, close to centre but not directly in. That gives you ops not to rush but enjoy & relax!

The Best Hotel in Vienna – Truly Exceptional
We booked a family trip to Vienna to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. I had arranged for balloons to be placed in our room, and from the moment we arrived, everything was handled perfectly. The entire team was incredibly helpful, and we genuinely felt so well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful — enjoying champagne in the morning made the occasion feel extra special. The spa facilities were fantastic and provided the perfect way to relax and unwind. A huge thank you to everyone, from the front office team to housekeeping — every single detail was flawless. Our stay was truly fabulous. We will most definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

Superb hotel in central Vienna.
Excellent location for numerous tourist attraction's. Easy access to hotel from Vienna Airport. Superb room which was warm and comfortable. Very clean room , restaurant and circulation areas. Excellent indoor swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about Vienna.
