We stayed at the hotel in early December and the staff, the breakfasts, and our room were all fantastic. What stood out was the exceptional levels of customer service. While staying at the hotel, I sent a parcel back to Australia via Austrian Post. Long story short: the package was never sent. We checked out and a few days later, the hotel emailed me regarding the issue. By now I am very much an ex-guest and my parcel is not their business but staff returned to the post office (twice), retrieved my parcel, paid the post office to get my package released, re-packed it, & then facilitated with me to have DHL pick it up. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is. Thank you Sans Souci!

It's a great hotel! The service is excellent and the breakfast is amazing! It's very well localized near to some many tourist attractions and to some many public transportation options. The rooms are beautiful and they have the nice mix between the classic and the modern style.

Wonderful hotel, can’t think of anything negative to say. Every member of staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. What a wonderful way to spend Christmas, their Christmas Eve Gala Dinner was delicious.
