Loved the Sans Souci
The Sans Souci might be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was spectacular and the bathroom floors seemed to be heated! I would definitely go back.

Understated and Fabulous
A hotel with an attractive interior - art work on the walls, fresh flowers in Reception - and a pleasant breakfast room looking out over the busy street and catching the morning sun. Our room was spacious and modern; the white bed linen was impeccable and the bathroom pleasingly roomy and well-appointed. Above all, the room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were respectfully friendly, doing their job with proficiency and efficiency and knowledgably, and speaking English impressively. They added a good deal to our stay. Breakfasts were excellent, with a variety of fresh produce and an array of carefully prepared foods on offer; the waiting staff were attentive and quietly cheerful. The hotel is situated within walking distance (past the Volksgarten with its many and fragrant lilac trees during our visit in the third week of April) of the Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School the museum holding the Habsburg Crown Jewels - all of which are grouped together; there is also a metro station within steps of the hotel door.

The best!!
Outstanding hotel, excellent service. We stayed 2 nights in a junior suite and had dinner at the restaurant…all perfect. Very helpful concierge! Highly recommend this hotel…and the location is fantastic.

Exceptional people and place that’s not to be missed
Exceptional experience from the moment we walked into your lobby. The staff immediately made us feel pampered, appreciated and welcomed into a special environment. Our room was luxurious- we just kept saying “wow”. After a taxing and exhausting 36 hours of travel the spa melted away the bad memories. Breakfast each morning was such a treat and the best one we experienced during our three country tour. Thank you very much for our stay and when we return it will be to your wonderful hotel. You set the standard for our vacation experiences.

Beautiful Hotel! Highly recommend!
I just returned from a trip to Vienna and stayed at the Hotel Sans Souci Wien. It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is warm and welcoming. It’s conveniently walkable to many of the city’s famous sites. The rooms are gorgeous with plenty of amenities. They have a lovely restaurant and include a delicious breakfast. The staff even provided a boxed meal for us to enjoy at the airport for an early flight out of Vienna. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
