Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sans Souci Wien. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome from arrival to departure. Our room was beautiful, the spa was a perfect place to relax, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the front office team deserves special thanks for their excellent support and seamless check-in. We left feeling refreshed and already look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Location with great rooms and a very warm and friendly staff who take extra effort to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a limited menu which is good as everything tastes amazing especially the ingredients used. We had come here to celebrate a special occasion and it was really nice of them to give us an upgrade. Had a wonderful time at Sans Souci Hotel, would love to visit again :)

It is hard to think of a more pleasant stay. The location was perfect. The service was outstanding including delivering morning coffee to our room. Excellent breakfast and dinning. The hotel was beautifully appointed and immaculate. Our room was superb with hard wood flooring rather than carpet and a wonderful shower. There was no problem with street noise despite being in the heart of the city. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the appealing Spa. Perhaps next time. I certainly plan to stay here on my next visit to Vienna.

We travel a lot across Europe and the US, and this may be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Such warm service from the moment we arrived, totally our aesthetic and it felt like home. The room was without exception the quietest we have ever stayed in. The spa, corridors and public spaces were spotlessly clean and beautiful and the room scenters were an amazing touch. We had a somewhat unusual arrival situation, as my wife was arriving several hours before me, and the front office team went out of their way to ensure everything was arranged perfectly. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality immediately set the tone for our stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and all the thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. It was clear that the entire team takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. The spa area was another highlight of our stay and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after exploring Vienna. Combined with the hotel's excellent location, elegant atmosphere, and outstanding service, it made for a wonderful city break. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. After a busy period, these few days were exactly what we needed, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Hotel Sans Souci Wien team.
