Beautiful medium size hotel close to the centre. You have to be prepared for 15 min walk to all tourist attractions. They have a nice spa with the biggest indoor swimming pool in the city. They serve very good breakfast. Excellent customer service. Next time I decide to visit Vienna, I would like to stay a little closer to the museum quarter, but Sans Souci is a great place to stay.

We have stayed at some of the most highly regarded hotels in the world and have had few experiences that were as wonderful as our visit at the Sans Souci Vienna. The decision to stay was based upon the TripAdvisor ranking and reviews, even though our friends who knew Vienna were not familiar with the hotel--it was a great experience to have the reviews be entirely accurate! From the unusually warm and helpful bell staff to the superb welcome and service from Max at the front desk, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great stay. The room we had was huge (super huge by European standards--the bathroom was the size of entire rooms we have had elsewhere!), equipped with everything we needed, and attended very well by the housekeeping staff. The furnishings were excellent, including a nice kitchenette area and an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff there continued the very high level of service. Between the great hotel, the excellent staff and the terrific location, we could not have been happier with the stay. We would return to Vienna just to experience this hotel again, that's how enjoyable it was!

In less than a week, I've stayed in the worst hotel ever and now one of the best. Against the backdrop of a fabulous city with stunning architecture, this Hotel was superb. Great, unique decor was highlighted by the excellent staff who couldn't have been any more efficient and friendly at the same time. We were celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday and, without being asked, they made a big thing of it with champagne, cake etc.

Stayed just for one night, but it was great. Cosy rooms, amazing indoor pool, excellent breakfast, very close by the heart of Vienna. A big plus for the staff, very kind and helpful.Being in Center it is a little bit noisy, but nothing anoying.

Recently stayed for 2 nights at the Sans Souci, during a short weekend away in Vienna. The Sans Souci is excellently located near Museum Square, and is a short taxi ride to the Palace and other attractions. Upon arrival at the Sans Souci (which was around 11:30pm local time), we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff. We were shown to our rooms, which were exceptionally clean, spacious and modern. The overall decor of the hotel is fantastic, with modernist design and excellent small details. The bathroom and bedroom were both large (we stayed in a Superior Room), with a large walk-in shower and plenty of space in the bedroom. It was clear that great expense and design had been put into the room, with electric blinds, a TV integrated into the mirror, and various well designed features. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of buffet options, as well as dainty but highly recommended egg/menu dishes. Didn't have a chance to take advantage of the spa, but if it is anything like the rest of the hotel, it'll be excellent. All in all, a fantastic hotel with excellent and friendly staff, well worth the £ and certainly would return. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.
